Terrible time with a very obnoxious service writer when I was in for a repair. I had crashed my front motorcycle wheel into a curb and wanted the rotor removed and put on a new wheel I had bought. Service writer was very indifferent to me, didnt check to be sure I had all the parts I needed when I dropped off the wheel. SURE ENOUGH, something was missing when I came to get the wheel after the repair, the service guy was real quick to point out that HE didnt loose the missing part, {an axle shim / sleeve}, and that I should look for it at home. He did clue me in as to NOT trying to mount or use the wheel with the missing part. VERY helpful there. Went to a local machine shop to have the missing part custom made so I didnt have to order through Weaver. Wont be going back to Bob Weaver for service again, all trust lost. Did recently buy a used bike at Weaver, sales was excellent.night and day difference

Purchased a Yamaha ATV from Weaver last week.

Conner did a great job explaining maintenance, loading, safety, and warranty information. Was able to answer any questions and concerns I had.

One last thing, prices on equipment here are very reasonable.

Kristen Phillips was wonderful she helped me through the whole process of getting my new bike purchased and on the road. Would definitely go through her again to get another bike.

Fast turn around. ATV ready when promised. Easy breezy fast service. Overall a pleasure to do business with.

Overall good customer service. Biggest downfall was they wouldn't let me test ride or start up the bike that I was buying before purchasing it. I understand the test ride aspect of it, but for me when it comes to buying a new bike the sound of the exhaust is a big factor and it was frustrating to not get to hear the bike before buying it.

If I could give them a negative star. I would this place is terrible absolutely terrible. Not only did I get to take it or leave it attitude but I got blown off for three weeks nobody would even text me back just got the same response in a text message. Never answering my questions. Buyers beware I had to go to Pennsylvania to get the deal that I should have received. Not only did I get the same Quad for $3000 cheaper but the sales and finance guy actually wanted to sell me something. The problem is I’m in sales myself for seven years, and realized the ATV industry is lacking huge in customer service and responses. Everyone has to take it or leave it attitude.until I found the right dealership. But it took 10 to 12 emails, text, phone calls.it was exhausting to buy something. Finally I found the right dealership but I did not find it in upstate New York, Bob Weavers is terrible.stay away!

I have lived in the Wheatfield area for 20 years and the other day was the first time I ever stopped there. They have a massive assortment of gear. You owe it to yourself to at least check them out.

Just picked up a 22 Yahama Kodiac450, only one around, called 10 different dealers. Scott L.took great care of me, added a winch and held it till I could drive 2.5 hours to get it. Scott showed us around to see some amazing antique bikes and snowmobile. Thanks Scott for taking the time!

Just purchased a 2022 Grom sp and had an excellent buying experience. I worked with Kristen Phillips from start to finish and she was a true professional. I'm a multi-bike owner and this was my first time at Bob Weaver (I live in Rochester). I started the transaction by text to secure the bike (sight unseen), progressed to phone to work out details & then picked up last week. Very smooth process & best of all I was able to tour the "museum" in back and see every classic bike/snowmobile imaginable.
