Bobby's Department Store reviews
24 It was a really good experience with Bobby, the customer service
really showed that there care for the customer.
Did not like that the security guard was talking to a woman and then screamed at me for my receipt! He needs to pay more attention to his job than his friends who shop there!
The only problem is the line checkout it takes few minutes to get to the cashier the merchandise is easy to find.
Bobby's Department Store that I visited on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn has great bargains, the 4 Star is for not having a working restroom for shoppers, there is one in the store alright but it is always locked, or you may find a hand written sign sometimes saying it's broken. It's very uncomfortable to shop when you have to go, and there is no place to do so, Bobby's lack of consideration for customers is not nice at all. Apart from that, the store is clean. I believe all Department Stores should cater for their customers physical needs and have a working restroom with multiple sections, after all we are not Robots.
It is a famous bazar in Brooklyn. Get everything from clothes to linen, shoes, hair products, cookware, even furniture, all kind of bric a brac. Not a high end store but plenty of interesting daily use items for your modest budget. Also with Carribbean vibes neighborhood.
This store is a diamond in Brooklyn.worth the trip every time.the bargains are crazy.the merchandise is high quality.and prices are good
The store on utica by church ave is very poorly organized.with rude staff. The products are usually returns and not guaranteed to work keep your receipt
It's a reputable department store for picking up household items for a good price. I've been shopping with them for years and I've gotten better deals on items with them then with the big-name department stores.
I would give them no s if I could. The store is disorganized, too much stuff and no place to walk, no good quality clothing.
This department store literally has EVERYTHING! Prices are basically the same as any other department store. Some things are cheaper.
Able to buy a small suitcase at a reasonable price. But tightly packed with the items on sale. Also helped a few customers reach items as staff weren't close by to assist.
For all your shopping needs any thing u want Bobby, s got it and they always have a good price and nice quality u want to pack a barrel that's the place to shop great savings
I love this place it's worth it to stop in you never know what you may find always at a great price! Great deals on clothes and housewares items. It's like the Walmart of Brooklyn only better!
Great prices for the many products they carry. A little clustered and sometimes long lines at the register. Lots of household items available.
The cashing out is not that great but the ztore has a wide variety of things. Shopping for school supplies will save you time.
You can most times find lot of home good for a good price here but I've noticed that the price is now just as competitive as many stores. I've also noticed that many workers manning the register lack greatly in customer service skills, one lady motioned to me her she was ready cash after we waited for her conversation with another cashier to end l placed all my items on counter then she decided to walk away and to look at her phone and started pressing buttons. Poor poor
My god there is so much stuff there finding what you want can sometimes be difficult. The staff are not always available to help you. What I find particularly irritating is the lack of dressing rooms to try on clothes you would like to buy. If you buy something you have to try on at home and if it does not fit, you then have to go back to the store to return it.
For the fashionista on a Budget or the the Domestic Goddess on a budget you can get great quality items that won't break the Bank.
Closeouts sometimes name brand items for low prices. Got fleece Wilson jackets for $7 comparably priced elsewhere for much more
It has two floors escalator very good sales has lot of cashiers the Isles are little small but the sales are worth going there they have a bathroom items a lot of kitchen items and they have two stores they have restroom on each side of the street one for children clothes anything for children good Transportation 35 bus let you off on 18th Street and church good quality of items I must say that
