Having Bryce Perry in the service department is like having a brother in law in the business. He treats you like family! A pleasure to do business with!
Very knowledgeable service technicians, found out they service just about anything, not just Bobcats! Communication is great and they do a good job repairing small issues before they turn into big expensive problems. The team was great to work with and treated me with respect.
Purchased an Excavator from Alex. Great communication and easy to deal with. Shortly after purchase had a minor accident with machine, was in desperate need of getting it repaired to get me back to work. Alex and Bryce worked together to do everything in their power to get me back up and working in a timely manner. Made an extremely bad situation not so bad. Appreciate the awesome customer service!
Made an offer on a skid steer online, never heard back, I went into the store to look at used machines, and mentioned to the salesman that I made an offer, he said the machine was gone and that they never update the online stuff, great, communication guys, I did end up buying a machine…… fast forward a couple years, bobcat of buffalo comes to the house to give me a price on buying the machine or trading it in on a bigger machine, the guy said 2 days max he would have a price, is my money no good? Never heard anything, machine was pristine, very low hours on it… so what’s up guys…. Communication and customer service is still the same…… WEAK
About a month ago I ordered $1700 worth of parts and called a day later to make sure the order was put in and it wasn't. They but the order in and I finally received it. Then last Thursday I called to order $300 worth of parts and was told they would call me with pricing within the hour. Never received a call so called on Friday and was told no one ever answered the phone at the distributor but they would call me me back Asap. I will not be doing business with this company again.
Had multiple bad experiences with them in the rental department.
I rent one machine they gave me a different one and say it’s the same thing.
Always have to wait, they say 10am it turns into 30.
Charged my card randomly a couple times and I didn’t get notified.
Pricing is outrages and customer service in the rental is horrible. They will tell you it’s available and then you show up and they say they already rent it out.
Overall good experience. Our Sales Rep. (Nick M.) did his best to get us to the finish line and put our Bobcat into service!
We are a south Georgia mobile home moving company, Byrce Perry the service Manager went well out of his way to help us over the phone hook up our remote control for our T870. Took serveral phones calls and we could not have asked for better customer service.
JJohn in the parts department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be doing business with them in the future.
Just recently bought a chipper off Upstate Equipment and I cant say enough. My sales man Brandon was always intouch and checking in but never pushy. This company was the only one who was willing to work with me at all on price and let me put a refundable deposit down incase i didnt like it seeing i was 7hrs away. Everyother company only had nonrefundable deposits. Thank you to everyone.
Emma was extremely helpful with the purchase and logistics of my tractor and attachments. Great staff all around, guys had my driver loaded up in 15 minutes. Best equipment dealer I have ever dealt with!
Jason is best salesman in Lockport. His service, attention to detail and follow through is top notch. He will get her done!
Today while plowing my driveway my ignition key snapped off. My compact tractor Sat there in the middle of the driveway. I called, spoke to Dave about the problem. Within an hour Brandon arrived from the new Hamburg store. What a lifesaver. Half hour latter the problem was solved. Many thanks to Dave and Brandon for unbelievable service.
