I purchased a sofa from Bob's Discount Furniture on June 2,2021. As I made the purchase, I was informed that it was likely to be delivered in mid-July. I received a delivery date scheduled for June 15, a whole month prior to when I originally thought it would come. Great! However, both my wife and I were working that day, so we had to attempt to reschedule. I utilized the Bob's website, chatted with a representative, and informed that first I would have to CANCEL my delivery, and then someone would reach out to me to reschedule. I received an email on 7/1/21, stating that the arrival of my sofa would be FEBRUARY OF 2022. I called Bob's, and after being on hold for an eternity, was told my salesman would call me back. Five hours later, I called the store back, was put on hold, called back (where the phone rang for a while), and called again. When I finally spoke to the associate on the other line, she first seemed shocked that my salesman never called me back, and then told me that my couch was completely out of stock. So I went from getting a couch early, to getting no couch at all because apparently they gave it to someone else. Conveniently, the manager is on vacation until "next week" so I unfortunately have cancelled my order. Oh well, off to another furniture store.

Anthony was extremely helpful and allowed us to shop while checking in to see if we needed anything periodically, making the experience easy and comfortable.

Gail was great! Took her time and made she we had all the answers to get the right furniture for our new place. Definitely recommend Bobs & if Gail is around ask for her help!

They were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Karen was the salesperson that helped us out, and I would recommend her to anyone that comes to shop. She was great! The whole store was also very covid safe, which was very nice to see.

Jose, the sales rep, was exceptional! He helped us find the bedroom set that we wanted and let us know that Bob's could deliver it out of NY state. Working with him was an absolute pleasure and the next time I need furniture, I'll be at Bob's because of the outstanding customer service we received this time. Go to Bob's! You'll love it!

Just bought a sofa and loveseat set from the Bobs store in Farmingdale. The sales associate was Carl. The price for both pieces was lower than any other competitor for comparable pieces. Carl was fantastic. Very patient and knowledgeable. He helped customize the sets to fit the dimensions they would go in. Great experience overal and I would recommend going to Bobs when furniture shopping!

Joe Stillwell was exceptional. His knowledge of the products and pricing is also great. Overall, a wonderful experience.
