Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store, College Point NY

Chelsea was the customer service rep who helped us at the College Point NY store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She suggested 2 reclining loveseats for our small living room. I will definitely be back for my bedroom set when we are ready to redo that room

He was just the nicest person & I would seek him out again if I were to come back to the store. The manager made sure that I was informed & satisfied with my order. If you purchase furniture from this company, be prepared to buy new furniture a few years in the future. You get what you pay for. The warrenty lasts a year, and the extended warrenty is so specific and limited its almost worthless.

Bob’s college point is great! They replaced the dresser (that fell apart on its own) in three months for free. The delivery guys were excellent and the process went very smoothly.

It was a pleasure working with the sales woman Lee and the manager Keisha. They were both knowledgeable and very helpful in providing the best package possible for my wants, needs and budget. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with these two people!

Initially I gave this store a great review which I eventually came to regret. I purchased a sofa and 1 year later the arm rest broke I tried to get it fixed with the so called goof proof plan but they made up some excuse as to why it could not be fixed and slowly the couch has continued to deteriorate. DONT BE FOOLED by this company their furniture is garbage and is made of cheap materials I had a furniture look at it and he said that he had never seen furniture with such cheap materials. Please go somewhere else don’t be tricked like I was.
