Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel, West Islip NY

I used to shop for work shoes for my husband but won't anymore. Saw a pair of shoes on clearance for 60.00, (brand name) back in February so i took a pic.of size & style so i could get them online. I went back a day ago into Bob's saw same shoes & size & color are still on clearance except now they're 90.00!

Reasonably priced stuff, some expensive sports branded clothes. Best shoe prices around though, outside of Marshalls

Cant say enough good things about bobs. The store was very clean (considering it was christmas!) And the staff helpful, but the cashier was exceptional. I was confused with a bunch of coupons i had, which to use, what could i use, etc. And she was excellant. She sorted things out, to give me the best prices! Personalized attention, instead of rushing me along, and she did it with a smile! Plus there was only 4 people ahead of me (2 at checkouts n 2 on line) but it moved very fast, only waited about 5 mins. Other stores should take a lesson from bobs!

Store was clean and prices were good. The store felt a little cluttered but i found what i needed.

Great sales but trying to figure out what the actual price is anothee story. Could def be more organized in that area. Otherwise good overall experience.

I was there for my mail order item issues, the staffs were nice and took care of it right away.
