Boca Tanning Club, West Islip NY

Very clean beds and bathroom always spotless as well as when you walk in! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I was on the fence about purchasing a new lotion being that I always use the same one for years, but Olivia seemed very knowledgeable about all the lotions, and I finally made the change to use something else. She was very sweet and kind and not pushy at all. I have been going here for years and would never go anywhere else

I haven’t seen a familiar face in a LONG time, every time i go in there they aren’t friendly and they have NO idea what they’re doing. I remember having sessions and you guys told me i didn’t. I also got a wart on my toe from the spray machine here. And the bathroom is also dirty! I was shocked when I saw and suddenly I didn’t have to pee anymore. This place really went down hill since 2022

I forget every time I come here, the mat turns my feet black after I get a spray tan! Ruined my feet! Tried taking it off with windex. Sprayed my leg by accident. Now my tan is ruined! Please get a new rug!

Came to get a tan today and Danielle was an absolute sweetheart. She showed me all the tanning options and helped me pick the right one for me. She is an asset to your company!

I love this salon. Always VERY clean and the girls are all very nice and knowledgeable. Very different from the chain stores. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been going to Boca tanning west islip for 10+ years. I always have had a positive experience there. I’ve cheated on them a few times and went to a few different spots closer to my home, (I live 34 mins away) all of them could never compare and I’ve always went right back to boca lol. Boca is very clean & sanitary 9 out of 10 times walking through the door there’s an employee flying through the hallway with a swiffer, washing towels, or cleaning a room so I never have to worry about checking a bed before I got in. All of the staff have excellent customer service skills as well as knowledge on what would work best to achieve a tan. The 1 and only thing I would recommend is putting a dimmer switch in room #1. Other than that it’s clear this is the spot you should spend your time tanning.

I am usually one to leave a positive review, but I just could not find myself to do that with this establishment. I walked in and was immediately ignored by the "manager" which she claims to be. I was immediately profiled by this "manager" and ignored because I am black. She continued her small talk conversation with the white woman standing at the desk for almost 10 mins and completely ignored me. I will never support such a racist and lucrative business ever again!

Absolutely the Best! I have been a client there for Year's & wouldn't go Anywhere Else! Kennedy is such a Knowledgeable, Compassionate, Personable Individual. You have to just Love her! Thanx

$70 a month for unlimited tanning, not a bad deal. If you go that often they sometimes are nice enough to hold onto your bottle of lotion as well.

Walked in and it immediately smelt like boiled garbage. Nobody was at the front desk. Smell was strong. I had to walk out. I'm not saying you shouldn't go here, but if you do, bring nose plugs.
