I called for an emergency, since they advertise 24 hour emergency service. I had a sewer system backing up into an apartment complex that I manage. They said they wouldn’t do it, because I’m not a customer. I was trying to become a customer and had an emergency! Ridiculous.

Carl showed up on time and offered multiple solutions to fix an upstairs tub leak. He worked efficiently and when given an additional task was not bothered to complete it as well. Good man!

Chris BODEK came to my house and looked at the work to be done. 3 heat pumps for my house. He said he would get back to me in a day or two, with an estimate. I waited a week and called the office “he’s been busy” another week same answer. 4th week after he told me he had the estimate done and the office staff would send it out - nothing. I went to the office, they said he has NOT done the estimate. Hate being Lied to. No good!

Bodek is who I call when I need help here at the house. I feel like Russ knows what it needs better than me! I trust his judgement - he is always on time and professional - and demonstrates integrity with his work. Grateful to know he will check something out if needed and fix it.

I literally cannot say enough good things about your company and the people you employ. Not only were you able to come to our home the same day we called, but your guys spent the time to help us figure out what was wrong! Alex explained what he was doing and why every step of the way! He even helped us find where our septic was and picked up a shovel to help us uncover it! When Mike arrived to pump our septic, he answered all our questions and even helped us get on a reminder schedule so we will be in good shape for our future!

Wrong part installed. Unable to get company' attention for a month. Does not return phone calls

Needed to get a new toilet installed because ours had developed a small constant leak. Called Bodek's and was told they were a good week and a half out. Then a couple days later got a call that an opening had popped up and they could be here in half an hour. Tanner the plumber showed up on time and was extremely competent, professional and thorough. Did and excellent job very quickly. You could tell he knew what he was doing. Cleaned everything up and took away our old toilet. This was my first experience using them and I won't hesitate to call them again if the need for a plumber ever arises, but hopefully it won't.
