11Great place to do Yoga. My family notice that after my class I’m very happy and have a lot of energy. Master D’vusha always encourages me to do my best. I find doing my best there is easier to maintain my strength and my concentration during the day especially at work.
I've been attending in person classes and they've been wonderful! Master D'vusha is very welcoming and patience! The environment is great and everyone is always friendly. Highly recommend!
I like class and my my teacher is lovely. She is so friendly I am enjoying my class. I am sitting on floor now without support and after 3 weeks I am also sitting on the floor with my back straight. Thank God.
I started going more for my mental health and wellness. I had knee pains ama back pain. My mental health has gotten so much better. I feel better. My back feels good and relaxed. My knees have made a complete 180 change. I feel mentally and physically better overall. I enjoy going to class because I feel great afterwards.
I have been going to this center for over four plus years, and have had excellent results every time period. The Master is very caring and keeps everyone engaged to ensure that you focus on your body's healing process. Plus, the cost is very reasonable compared to other centers in the area.
Kew Gardens Hills Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a great center to build your mental and physical strength. D'vusha is an excellent healer - knowledgeable, warm, and always has her clients top of mind. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, non-intimidating place that will meet you where you are to become a healthier you!
The on line classes of Master D'vusha at BodynBrainKewGardenHills has definitely become part of my daily routine during COVID-19. I am so glad to have known her and the Center before COVID. Before joining, I have practiced Vinyasa yoga for many years, and then through her classes, I felt I have opened and escalated my body to a new energy and mind level.
There is usually 10 minutes warm-up before the classes start for which I always enjoy so much. Then a whole hour session, followed by a few more minutes of mind sharing among peers. It's always a very solid class that I enjoy during the classes and feel very happy afterwards!
Master D'vusha knows very well how to motivate and engages students to pull up their strenghts through yoga. She teaches clearly by demonstrating each step. Her love and passion is the fundamental of her practice and she transmite it during the class. Always punctual and attentive. Is a pleasure to work out mindfully with her.
I went through 2 pregnancies while practicing yoga with Dvusha. I found that I have increased energy and I always leave happy after a class. After a long day of work, going to class makes me relaxed and temporarily forget what I have in my busy mind. She’s the best yoga teacher that you can find, is very kind and knowledgeable in many different ways. She personalizes the class, so no two classes are identical. I highly recommend attending classes with her.
This is an amazing place. I learned to be in touch with my body and my brain. I had many issues when I came in about 4 years ago. I am now able to bypass them. I can stretch, stand and take walks for long periods at a time. My pain has considerably decreased. Our master is very patient and very helpful. I start each day at the Body and Brain KGH Center. I highly recommend it.
This center is AWESOME! I was really able to connect with my body and I was able to relieve so much stress. I'm definitely recommend this to everyone!
