She also offered many helpful wellness tips to help ward off poor posture, aches and pains, and enhance recovery after exercise. I will certainly be returning! I chose Body & Soul based on the great reviews and the experience lived up to those reviews. The location is great with free parking. The massage room has a cozy feeling and the bed is always warm. Peggy listens to your needs and provides a great massage. I went because of back problems and have been feeling better since. Peggy also provides great advice around posture.
