I’m not first time coming here, horrible service, I never seen like that unprofessional service Don’t waist your money and your time.

I had the most uncomfortable massage of my life. I paid for an hour full-body and half hour foot. The man at the front desk took my payment, and apparently he was the masseuse as well. He reeked on cigarettes, rubbed his groin area roughly on my head and several times lifted the blanket to adjust it and exposed my breast. I notoced he was also giving a one handed massage, then i notoced he was on the phone the entire time. I've had many massages in my lifetime, twice before at this location with no complaints. Except for this experience. I asked him to stop and walked out. Women, do not go here or get massage by the male who takes payments.

Worst experience by the guy in the front in charge. I've been going here to get my massages for years with Lisa. When I finished I paid and then gave a $14 tip on top of the fee for 90min. The guy then said to tip more and I said "No" that's enough and it was loud and rudeness from other masseuses speaking to each other in their language. He told me not to come back and if I do I will not get Lisa but get whoever is available. The rudeness and disrespect is horrible and I shouldn't have to pay more than what I want or have in my wallet. They just lost me as a frequent loyal customer. I also had family and friends going there. They just lost all of us as customers because of how pushy they are about tipping. Maybe they should pay their workers better and be much nicer to people who help them stay in business.

I come here all the time and lisa has been great but today lisa had off so a guy helped me out with full body massage but in between the guy with one hand for massage and using phone with the other which was disappointing. Since they always charge you before hand does not make sense to provide a bad service. Not happy this time.

My new monthly spot very affordable and relaxing omg they do couple massages facials as well however for couples massage u have to make an appointment

The worst don’t even waste your time. They have a stink attitude I don’t know if it’s because I’m black. English is a barrier! Save yourself self and don’t go!

This is the 2nd time that i had made an appointment and when I get here they tell me that I have to wait another 30 40 minutes.

I have had one absolutely fantastic massage, and 1 just okay. Highly recommend asking for "Emmy"

Mediocre at best, the places is OK to grab a quick massage, or a foot massage. Prepare for the mandatory $10 tip fee, that they lay on you after the fact. It would’ve been nice to have some lemon water or a hot cup of tea after, some type of refreshment.

Today I went for a massage with my mom and I. For my Birthday. I wanted to go to my appt for 4pm im glad the male I spoke to that runs the business asked me if it was ok if I can come at 4: 30pm instead. He called me ahead of time. I said that is fine because we had to the train to travel there. It was not hard to find the place. As soon as we came in we were not taking right away for our appointment. We had to wait until after 5pm for the massage I was annoyed abt that. This was my first time getting a massage. We had female masseuse. She was rough on my back I had to tell her it was hurting. I liked the massage when I got the warm oil on my back and warm stones. I didn’t know we had to pay $15 tip each the women wanted to keep the money we gave them. We asked for our change we did not give a whole $20 each. The massage for a hr is $39 each person.

Very clean and professional. They help you with your pain issues. Deep tissue or soft massage whatever you need they cater to your needs and that's what makes them right.

I CALLED 3 hrs AHEAD OF TIME & MADE AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY MADE ME WAIT 45 MINS & THEN TRY TO GET A MAN TO GIVE ME THE MASSAGE WHICH WAS TOTALLY WRONG!

Masseuses ran out into the street to ask us for a tip after we already paid for the service and kept asking why won’t we tip. Highly unprofessional would not recommend if they wanted tips or it was tip based they should say that before starting the massage.

They blamed me for not telling them I prefer to female massager and held off business. Very improfessonal way to speak to a customer. Normally shops ask me. But thus one blames me. This is fine just pointless to go back.

Foot massage was ok. Nothing compared to that in Thailand.

We had a couples massage here for my boyfriend’s bday and it was amazing. I was bloated when I went in and came out with a lymphatic drain (I’ve never had one before)! I felt and looked slimmer over the next few days and less lethargic than I’ve been since having my baby. Staff was super nice and professional, rooms were clean and the ambiance was tranquil. Definitely going back and making it a regular thing alongside my workouts!
