3Bought tickets to their Hallowed Harvest in CT. No emails that it was cancelled. Showed up and nothing was set up. Ridiculous waste of time and $. What a scam.
Gosh I just love the events put on by the BOLD Media brand. From Halloween to Christmas they really know how to put on a show. Looking forward to more events by them!
I attended their Halloween event in Marshfield, MA one of the first nights it was open. It was SO pitch black dark that I tripped and fell over a stake they had put in the ground to hold up an arch of pumpkins that was stationed at the entrance of the attraction. I hurt myself pretty badly, yet was repeatedly denied a refund of our tickets, even after the company admitted to me that they had eventually added more lights to the path due to repeated complaints from other visitors. I fell and injured myself due to their negligence, yet I could not even get my entrance fee refunded. They just kept referencing their “refund policy. ” The refund policy mentions nothing about getting injured while at their attraction. It took me over a week to just get someone to reply to my repeated attempts to contact someone. They also delete all Instagram comments. I will never attend another event put on by this company.
