I have been going to Bombshell Brow for 6 year. Ellen is my cosmetologist she is great. The staff is very professional. I would recommend everyone to go to Bombshell Brow. Make sure to ask for Ellen.

The customer service is excellent. Everyone is competent and friendly. Additionally, the shop is always very clean.

They have the worst customer service. They hang up on customers when they don’t want to resolve an issue. They have my money for services never performed and they will not reimburse me. The owner or manager have ignored me and they do not care if they lose clients because they do not care about their customers. I have spent a lot of money there over the last few years and to disrespect me the way they have been doing is horrible. I have been in the client service business for over 40 years and would never leave a customer in this position with no resolution or response. Shame on them!

Came all the way from New Hyde Park at lunch to have Ellen do my eyebrows. She is the best. Would not have anyone do them except her.

This is the only place I got to and trust for the last 6 years to touch my eyebrows. Absolutely love Eleen!

I have been going to Abby at Bombshell for over a year now and I am so happy with how my brows look. I have tried other places and left where i felt my brows looked awful. I always get compliments after getting my brows done here (threading and tinting). Abby is so nice and professional. She is also very accommodating and I can usually get day of calling appointments.
