4I stayed here for three years while relocating to the area. Rates are very good compared to other apartments. Things were always addressed right away. Management does a fine job here! I would stay again if there was ever a need to transition again!
Very clean maintenance is very prompt to attend to any issues the owner Lucinda Bonady is very caring and will take care of you as well other tenants are friendly been here two months feels like home
I have been living in this apartment for over a year and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The landlord, Lucinda, is extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever I have a maintenance issue or concern, Lucinda addresses it quickly and makes sure it is resolved efficiently and effectively. It is very reassuring to know that my landlord is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am comfortable in my apartment.

It’s the type of complex where you can tell the owners run a tight ship and care about their tenants. When my spouse and I hit hard times with finances, the owner was more than willing to work with us and help us maintain our living space till we where back to better standing financially.
