7The worst dentist clinic in the whole New York City. Don’t come here!
WORST Dental Office ever, the doctors are licensed from another country and don’t know what they are doing. You will waste an entire day waiting to get called.
They are so unprofessional, they would make false claims to take your Insurance money. They don’t even accept appointments and the clinic is a mess with all the people waiting outside in the hot summer, worst service ever.
It all started with me having to wait almost 3 hours out side and then I asked one question and the crazy receptionist told me “ you have to wait and I don’t know because of COVID” and me and my son had to wait till 6 pm on a Tuesday and they never spoke to me and then proceeded the next day Wednesday I finally speak to some one about my situation with my teeth and the dentist him self Alejandro Willams told me “ how many kids do you have? ” And I said “ that has nothing to do with my situation but I know where your coming from about the stimulus check so I can give it to you in full” and the final thing is the work was for money and I did not need the work he wanted to do on me I would recommend going to some place else rather than this circus.
0 Stars. I don’t even think Alejandro Williams is a real dentist. Department of health should close this place he thinks he is in His natal country working with no ethic. HORRIBLE DOCTOR/PERSON.
The staff here is so laughably unprofessional it's not even funny anymore. I called the main line listed on Google and was told I have the wrong number followed by a hang up. I called again and the front desk hung up on me immediately and told me to call another number which is the actual dental line. I call that line and I'm told the other line is actually the dental line. I told them I would rather just be transferred and not play tag and the staff member goes "oh I know how to do my job go to another place if you don't wanna call back"
If the front desk is like this I can't imagine the service they give when you're at the dental chair. I would advise going to another place considering the large amount of negative reviews here.
