Bonnie's Grill reviews
15Food was alright and service wasnt good. Took a very long time just so they can take my order. Maybe i just didnt go on a good day for them.
The place looks short on the stuff. We had to wait for a drink for 20 mins (I think she just forgot).
Every time we needed something, I had to look for a waitress for minutes.
The restroom was out of paper towels, and other options were provided to dry hands.
The food was good. We had ribs and wings. Both are delicious and at a decent price.
Bonnie’s has been in the neighborhood for years. They hands down have the best wings in Brooklyn and possibly the city. I’ve been to a lot of the great spots in Buffalo and they didn’t compare to Bonnie’s. I recommend the Hotter if you want to take it up a notch.
Also the Burger is probably the best in the slope…. Bonnie’s is back baby!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.
The food was excellent, fries were not an afterthought, they were delicious on their own. Ribs were good, and the Buffalo chicken wings were excellent.
I drank like a horse because it's hot out, and waitress kept bringing water. Also food was taking a while so we were given a complimentary fries for the table.
The theme is cool, it's got that old diner vibe to it. Also the bathroom is clean.
I will actually say one negative, its hot as heck, and the AC just isn't keeping up. But that's a nitpick.
I had an order of mild wings, coleslaw, & a sweet green tea. The wings were just okay, not a lot of flavor, but they were okay. They give you plenty of carrots & celery with them, I loved that. The coleslaw said it was spicy, but it had no flavor. The sweet tea was good, but it wasn't really that sweet. It was good though. I sat outside & ate my food, because it was so nice outside. The young lady who was my waitress went above & beyond the call of duty. She was so nice, friendly, & professional. She checked on me multiple times, to make sure I was okay. & had everything I needed. I will go back to try some other items on their menu.
I've been here a few times. Beer selection changes often they have four five beers on tap. The wings are delicious! Cooked to perfection. I've had a couple of different burgers and they were amazing. Juicy and delicious.
Straight TRASH the burgers and bacon were uncooked! I got the run-around when I asked for a refund for the uncooked food I paid for, who does that…
I love hot wings and it’s so hard to find really spicy ones that still have the buttery flavor I’m looking for. “Hotter” packs some heat and is truly delicious. Love it.
I don't know why it took me so long to leave a review. By far the best wings I have ever had. The burgers are fantastic and you cannot go wrong with the fries or onion rings. I'm sure everything else is just as good but I find it hard not to get the wings.
I’ve been coming to Bonnie’s for over 20 years and it is still the best burger I’ve ever had. The dry rub is fantastic, the buns are soft and fluffy, and the fries are the only fries I’ve ever eaten that are good without any dipping sauce (though the spicy dipping sauce is delicious too)
The food was delicious, the service was pleasant. The potatoes are awesome crispy and served with a very tasty sauce. The sauce for the salad is also excellent. Burgers are good. We were at the weekend and there were a lot of empty seats
I ordered takeout but the location looked welcoming to eat in. Good food and good service. I’m hoping to return and eat at the restaurant next time I’m in the area.
We stopped by Bonnie’s on a whim last Sunday, and grabbed two seats at the bar. Had the burger, buffalo wings, and a salad. Everything was great! The buffalo wings are the best I’ve had in Brooklyn… perhaps ever. Like wow! Perfectly cooked with plenty of flats, vinegary and just *hot* enough to make you take a break between pieces. And don’t sleep on the burger. Good fries as well. Can’t wait to go back and try the onion rings on a cheat day.
The service was awesome from the staff- they were super helpful despite being non-stop crazy busy the entire time we were eating. Honestly surprised no one had recommended this place to me before.
Great wings and great food. I always walked by got introduced by a buddy of mine. We been going there since.
