Excellent customer service at this location. I called this Boost store with questions and the store rep was kind, polite and helpful. However Boost Mobile as a whole has been getting worse overall.

Boost mobile sucks.
They charged me 17.00 for over night delivery on a new phone and it did not come! Customer service says it won't be here for at least 3 days. I asked for my 17.00 back and we were conveniently disconnected!
