The woman who checked me in went out of her way to call my doctors office to have them send the requisition so I wouldn’t have to. The woman who called me back and performed the X-rays was personable and witty. Very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you

It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get in to get an X-ray. The majority of the employees were unprofessional, and were heard to be arguing over their lunch times behind the front desk. Hoping to never have to go back to this place.

Great people, so nice and kind every time I come to the one on Culver, I was so nervous and the ladies were so nice to me the whole way through my MRI. I highly recommend!

I arrived 10 minutes before my appt. Staff was polite and helpful. Paperwork was ready for me to complete. Technician was professional, and personable. CT took ten minutes tops. I would make my future radiography appointments at this site.

I arrived early and was able come in after signing in I only had a short wait to be seen.
The lady doing my test was very professional. She explained as she worked what she was doing. And any questions I had during the examine.

On 12/01, I had an appt that required me to go get Lumbar Xrays. I didn't have an appt but it was relatively quick. My insurance carrier is supposed to cover these, Borg & Ide charged me a 20% copay. No problem, I'll sort that out with the carrier. The following day my second dr who got results requested I go get additional views. So I decided to use the Patient Portal to schedule. I picked the first appt of the day 8AM on 12/4. I arrived at 7: 50AM. I was the only one there in the waiting room. It wasn't until 8: 30 when I was finally called back. Meanwhile, although they were likely in for other reasons (MRI) 4 patients were called ahead of me. The woman doing my X-ray was not very personable. She was the polar opposite of the experience I had Tuesday. Again, today AFTER my xray I was told by the imager I needed to pay another copay. Not sure if this is a carrier issue (likely) or on their end. Long story short, I scheduled an appt first of the day so I wouldn't miss a chunk of my morning from work - but it seems it was all for nothing.

I have had several MRIs in the past, but this facility by far made the experience more pleasant than any of the others. The staff is kind and welcoming and talked me through the whole test, making sure I was comfortable and warm. Thank you!

It was a good experience today.mammogram was far more comfortable to do than in the past. They got me in and out with no delays

Polite, courteous and professional staff. Initially, I did have some issues scheduling under the patient line. Also, I had spent time relaying information on phone and still had to fill in same info when I arrived. That being said the staff were understanding and their pleasant demeanor quickly eased my frustration.

I'm sure the service is great, as described by other reviewers. If you can get through to them. I've been on hold for at least 15+ minutes each time I've called. Even if you use the phone tree to speak to the correct representative, once you get to someone they immediately transfer you. And it doesn't matter when you call, the wait has never changed. This is worse than spectrum customer service!

Borg Imaging made my MRI appointment very easy from the start. From being able to send all my paperwork online, through they’re very friendly service desk people. They’re hospital technicians help me feel calm and confident throughout the procedure.

The technician is very professional. My appointment was at 8am. I was promptly called in and was back at by 8: 30. There is no wait time. I will continue to have my annual mammogram with Borg & Ide Imaging. I reccommend Borg & Ide Imaging.
