Borgatti's Ravioli & Egg Noodles reviews
18Excellent little shop. You can see the pasta being made before your eyes. You can really taste the difference. This is a shop that you must go to!
Ohh how I miss shopping there! I grew up not too far from Arthur Ave.and I still remember the smells of food walking the neighborhood. This is hands down the best fresh pasta ever!
The ricotta and spinach raviolis are amazing! Actually all of the raviolis are amazing, they get so big and plump. What a treat!
Ravioli are excellent some of the best you can buy. Prices are fair. It's worth the trip to the bronx.
Atmosphere/layout
*Small shop; homemade pasta including but not limited to manicotti, cavatelli, fettuccine and ravioli; regular boxed macaroni and jarred sauces
Food/drink
*Bought 100 count box of small square cheese ravioli = good (light texture but still filling)
There is no place better to get fresh pasta or pasta specialties ANYWHERE in NYC. Family run and the best stuff used. Come visit Arthur ave and stop at Borgattis.
I spent over $200 just on ravis and cavatelli
My family ships the ravioli all the way to SD CA for the Holidays. We loooove your food.
We're all NY Italians and appreciate the shipping!
Only the best fresh made pasta in the Bronx. I always get a few boxes of raviolis every time I go down.
If you want a taste of Italy, this is the place to visit. Even though the line wraps around the block, the home made pastas, especially the ravioli and cavatelli, are well worth the wait. Always fresh, always delicious.
Fantastico! Brings back memories of how Mom used to make them - fresh, delicious & perfetto! Regular pasta or cheese-filled ravioli, they're both great! Best quality by far! In the words of Lydia, "Tutti a tavola a mangiare! "
Excellent ravioli, manicotti, fresh pasta and other Italian products. After 33 years in NYC and trying many types of ravioli, Borgatti's is still the best. The taste is pure and fresh and the texture is just right. With some quality tomato sauce and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, you have a delicious meal.
I knew the owners back in 2003-2004 when I used to work at the old Alba House Bookstore, next to the church. Mario, Chris and Gio are God fearing good guys, and a wonderful bunch who always treated me with respect. Always keep your eyes on the Lord and Mother Mary guys!
-NOEL.
A New York treasure. Hard to believe you could get better cut to order fresh egg pasta anywhere. To die for ravioli too.
I ordered the Raviolis and fettuccine pasta all the way down here in Texas. I saw a feature about Borgatti's on tv and had to try and their pasta and it was amazing. I love italian cuisine and their ravioli is some of the best I've ever had. So y'all keep up the good work
THE place to get fresh pasta, and with such variety. Charming Arthur Avenue institution. And they now have tee-shirts!
Great pasta, great people, great prices! Family owned & run for several generations. Fresh ravioli to die for! Memorable Italian dinners start with Borgatti's pasta)
Perfect. Do I really need to say anything? This place is a legend, with the best fresh pasta around. Period!
My 1st time visiting Borghatti's was on Sunday. I was impressed with the variety of fresh pasta and sauces available. Quality is great and prices are fair. You can't get better unless you get it from Nonna's. I will be going back again soon.
