Highway robbery they charge crazy money for low quality hats that get ruined within months

Borsalinos are a luxury item, for sure, but you get what you pay for in a lightweight-forget-it's-on experience and they develop a beautiful patina as they age.

At this location they blocked and reflanged (brim blocking) my floppy, creased, and snapless fedora for a fraction of what it costs at JJ Hat Center, in a day and a half, and without the fedora-snobbery.

Great store with amazing service. Yossi is amazing and extremely helpful. He gave us so much time and is an expert at fitting hats He really gave us his honest opinion which we greatly appreciated.

Bad service, more trying to get rid of the hats than giving the customer what suits him, with the added feeling that they are there to do you a favor rather than serve you (especially if you are a guy)
Asking for a 5 star rating for a $5 discount!
