Ridiculous. Everyone has different price there. You have to becerfull and check your invoce before you pay it. The guy with glasses is so rude and he always gives you double price.

My experience with these guys is phenomenal. Mr Ateeq and Atif are really descent guys. They have a good price and variety. I recommend this store for building material shopping.

The owner treat me really nasty, bad customer service, when there and treat me with attitude, is was an employee that was take care of me and the owner came and sent him to do something else and left me hanging.

I had a small front porch project. Called few places for pricing and guidance. This place give me the lowest price. I went there close to the end of their day, but was not rushed, they sat with me and calculated all materials needed and give me a next day delivery. Couldn’t be happier. I recommend them and will definitely go back for future projects.

Called this place for a stucco product and after being told that orders can't be placed on the phone, we went in person to place the order. When we got to the store, they said they don't take orders and to just purchase the item when it gets delivered the next day. Firstly, why didn't you explain that on the phone when you only said that orders need to be placed IN PERSON.

Secondly, we called before driving back there the next day to confirm the item was delivered. When my husband got there and it was the wrong product (fine instead of coarse stucco), they claimed that I never mentioned we needed Coarse.

So not only did they imply that I'm a liar to my husband, they've also lost all ounce of respect and business from us. We've sourced another location for our purchases that aren't disrespectful and more organized with how to run a business.

They gave us the best deal on our 2 building roofing. One JM EPDM and other JM TPO Roofing with all tapered insulation. Very competitive and great service! Highly recommended for any residential and commercial projects roofing or masonry under one rooftop.
