Boston Road Medical Associates, Bronx NY

This place is incredibly toxic, unprofessional, and needs to be shut down. HIPAA violations, appalling treatment of patients, the total absence of ACTUAL DOCTORS, the general workplace hostility- I was unfortunately a patient here, and if I had remained their patient, my brain tumor would have gone untreated as the PA refused to respect me and take me seriously.

Worst place. I had a good doctor there - gr8 personality. He left - PAs took over. Merge with Harlem group but sent me to Harlem for tests. Look if I wanted to go to Harlem I would see a Harlem doctor. This place is dirty, waiting room is disgusting, personnel is cocky. Haven’t been to a doctor in 6-years and I’m better off. PA after PA - no one knows nothing. Staging patients like cattle beyond the admittance door like one row of chairs against the wall. If u got decent insurance LEAVE THIS PLACE. If not - good luck.

Horrible doctor's office irresponsible with Private paperwork. I was told they were going to get things done in a timely manner. Only to be told almost a month later paperwork still hasn't been mailed out for a reasonable accommodation. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY. Office never answers the phone always made to call back only to end up having to ho back to the office to be told it will be done and nothing is done. Makes appointments for you to see radiology only to be told at the place paperwork wasn't sent in by my doctor. FIND YOURSELF A PLACE THAT CARES A DOCTOR THAT CARES FOR YOUR HEALTH. Tust me this IS NOT THAT OFFICE. Save your health.

Changed my doctor's office much happier now. I would not recommend 3455 Boston Road
