Had my annual boiler service performed. Had no problem scheduling the appointment within 2 weeks. Bottini called and informed me when to expect the technician, and the tech arrived soon after. The tech was very friendly and engaging. No issues were reported and I tipped the tech.

I came home to find no heat at all. I called Bottini and a service man was there within hours. Not only did he find and fix the problem but took some time to explain the problem and provide some information about the heating unit. Send him anytime.thanks

Received our regular propane delivery today. The driver was professional, friendly and CONSIDERATE. Whereas most people walk right into my office, he remained at a distance and passed the invoice through my plexiglass window as one should during this time. In addition, the office staff is always pleasant when I call to schedule a delivery or pay our bill. Thank you to the gals I spoke with this week, Laura and Beth and to the awesome delivery person today!

We have used Bottini Fuel for the past 20+ years and they have never disappointed us! Whenever there has been an issue with our boiler, they have fixed it ASAP. The staff is always polite and professional. We recommend them very highly.

I'm on auto delivery for propane, and they allowed my tanks to run empty, thus, no heat, cooking, hot water, nor laundry. I understand that mistakes happen, BUT having to wait almost EIGHT HOURS for the "emergency" delivery is NOT acceptable. This was their error and it should have been rectified within an hour of opening. I'm NOT a happy nor satisfied customer.

If I had to rate the 2nd tech that came to my home and looked over my furnace, Bobby K, I would give a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the gentlemen whom I spoke to on the phone, Mike whom is supposed to be a manager, needs an education on how to deal with people. He was rude and condescending and surely did not make me feel as if my business was welcomed. Regardless of my circumstance, he proceeded to tell me that even though I paid top dollar for 24 hr service, other customers were more important. While I understand that my need was not crucial, this is no way to speak to a loyal customer. In the 6 yrs I've been with Bottini, this is the 2nd time I've dealt with him and yes the last time I experience the same attitude. I'm sure this review won't go anywhere, but perhaps the person at Bottini reading it will use it to help this guy. Too many people are out of work desperate, no company should accept this behavior during difficult time when we're all just trying to survive!

BOTTINI is outstanding when it comes to delivery & Service. Had a fill today, and Keith (driver) went above and beyond his duty. Keith is an amazing asset to Bottini! I have been using them for 25 years never a problem.

I am always careful with reviews because sometimes expectations of quality of services can be subjective. I have no complaints towards the Technicians. In fact, the Technicians are very polite, they're always on time and on point and they always ask if there's anything else they can help or if I have any questions. The problem lies with Customer Service. It seems that anytime there is an issue, you're not talking to a Customer Service member that is trying to remediate a solution. It's always a Human Resources type of experience. Customer Service's goal is not to help members. It is more about trying to appease the customer to accept Bottini's errors and there constant change in "the way it works for us". I have yet to this day been told stereotypical phrases like "I apologise" or even "I understand your frustrations"

On a bitter cold night, my heat went out. The technician worked quickly to get it running smoothly and then told me what the problem had been.
I was grateful that he was pleasant and kind despite coming out on a frigid night! I felt reassured that I have Bottini service and that they hire such good people to enter our homes to help us! Thank you, Bottini!

Just moved to Poughkeepsie; called Bottini and set up oil delivery, boiler service, water tank exchange. As easy as could be. Electronic service, billing, appointment systems are all integrated. I can do everything on line! Professional service, excellent communication. No complaints

I just had my annual furnace maintenance performed yesterday. Although it had been delayed by 5 weeks due to emergencies and covid, I must say I am pleased with my experience. I appreciate the fact that I received a phone call letting me know that my technician was on the way. Charlie the technician was very pleasant and professional. He did not seem bothered at all when I had some questions to ask.he cleaned up after himself and even asked me if I had recycle to dispose of the used air handler filter. Since being a customer for 17 years, I can honestly say the level of service I receive is always consistent.

We moved to Bottini because of a bad experience with our last company. We have been so happy with the response time, communication and their people are nice! So far they seem to really value their customer. Update: Bottini never filed any paperwork with the town as required which is holding me up for a certificate of occupancy. It’s been more than three months! No one takes ownership and apparently the only one tray can take care of it is Tavanda and she doesn’t return calls and is always out of office. What is the problem Bottini!

I recently had my mobile home moved to a new location but fortunately was still able to keep Bottini for my service. The technician Joe did both the disconnects and reinstalls of everything. It all went seamlessly thanks to him. I've been a customer of theirs for 14 years & will definitely continue. Thank you all involved in this transition.

I woul not recommend Botticelli fuel to anyone. There is obviously a disconnect between customer service and service. I always ask to be called before they come to service as I have 4 accounts. They call when they get there, which doesn’t help when you are 20 minutes away. I just had my furnace serviced at my place of business. The next day I came in and there was an overwhelming smell of oil, I called they said they would send someone out, I asked if they could come the next day as I could not stay.
Friday came and now I have not heat, wait till 130 call them and customer service says no heat calls get taken care of first. I tell her I’m only open till 5, she calls service and comes back and tells me someone will be there around 4. I ask to speak to a manager, who tells me that customer service put me thru to complain, I tell him that I was told that someone would be there by 4, he says no who told you that, customer service, finally he says someone will be there before 5. The serviceman comes tells me I need a part that that he doesn’t have because it’s an old system but some one would be there tomorrow morning, needless to say no one showed up and no one called to say they weren’t coming. Had I known I would have brought a heater since I work sat and sun.
