Bougie Brews, Yonkers NY

They started off great I’m not sure what’s happening lately but it is not working. I’ve been multiple times and their coffee taste like watered down milk. I’m sad to say I won’t be going back they need to figure it out.

Stopped by this place on my way up north about a month ago.

Great Coffee! And the tea lattes are good too.
The staff were all really nice. It’s so good that I got myself one for the road too!

I had the Bougie breakfast sandwich and a macchiato. Just a little bit better than the rest.

Came at 7: 30 on a Monday and they were closed. Hours say open at 6 am. Will give it a shot some other day and update this review accordingly. Hope it was a one time thing and everything is OK with the opening staff. Yonkers desperately needs a good reliable coffee shop.

They have great coffee & a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone on staff (including the owners) are super nice. So glad to have a great coffee place in downtown Yonkers!

Came here 4 times, the first time was amazing! Great customer service and food was amazing! After that, the next 3 times it was bad. Staff wasn’t engaging, messing up orders, food took too long, bathrooms are disgusting and waited 10 minutes for my drink. I went up to the cashier and she said she forgot.

The Bougie Brew is a great quaint space, food and beverages. Also they do a great open mic once a month, definitely pull up.

15 minutes to get a burnt cortado on an empty store.
Staff ignores you and deal with phone calls, text messages and lingering around before saying Hi.
I had the wrong expectations.

I'm speechless every time I enter. Beautiful energy and hospitality. And they're open 7days straight. As a local Abstract Artist in Yonkers I will say BougieBrews is the place to be, day evening and night. I love it here at BougieBrews

An amazing Black Owned Business in Yonkers, NY they brew more than great coffee. They brew a sense of community, check them out you will not be disappointed

I had high hopes but I was disappointed. The lady who helped us was wonderful. She apologized for a fly that was lingering around… That’s fine, flies happen.

We ordered and while we waited, I excused myself to the restroom. It was disgusting and the source of the flies. As soon as I went in, I was hit in the face with one. There were so many, it turned my stomach. I didn’t even use the bathroom, turned right around as quickly as I could. Needless to say, I wanted to just leave at that point but I was hungry and I’ve eaten pizza on the subway (pre-pandemic), so it was what it was.

The coffee was great in spite of the impolite lady who brought it out. The bougie grilled cheese was just okay.

I really wish I could’ve given this place more stars, but the 2 seconds in the bathroom is going to haunt me in my dreams.

Didn’t feel acknowledged even though the place was empty. They didn’t want to let me use their bathroom all in all didn’t feel welcomed.

The food is super good. The grilled cheese was amazing. Our ice coffee was delicious. The lady that took our order was super sweet and helpful.

Ordered iced coffee from this café. Staff was inattentive and apathetic. Iced coffee was overflowing and improperly closed and stained my clothes. Poor service from an incompetent staff. Buy a $5 coffee elsewhere. Coffee is also mediocre.

Place is very cute and quaint. Love the fact that it's black owned. Only thing is they need to pay attention to the restroom, wasn't the cleanliness

I stumbled on this place while waiting to get my nails done in the Yonkers downtown area. What a cute and cozy place and i must say the coffee is pretty good as well.
I am now a regular I love their coffee I’m here almost every day

I was there a few weeks ago and owner/manager lashed out and almost assaulted a customer because the customer asked multiple questions about the source of the coffee. I understand the customer was annoying, but the manager attitude was outrageous. Won’t be coming back, but hope this is a one time incident. Coffee was decent, though.

I was lucky when I was hungry and looked to the right and was parked infront of Bougie Brews. I needed something keto friendly and saw I believe the name the Breakfast Bowl. Eggs, pepper onion with cheese I opted out for the hash browns to keep it Keto. The food smelled and tastesd so fresh and the double espresso.
