Always on point. Consistency in bagels, BEC is what makes them our family favorite for many many years.

This place fell off hard. Been going here about 5 years, and putting up the horrible organization behind the counter resulting in huge lines, and huge waits. Instead of having people on a grill, they take orders and stand behind the person on the grill chatting while the line builds.

FORGET going here on a weekend unless you bring a chair to wait on the line. It's a shame because they're still the best bagels in Suffolk but not really worth the wait times anymore.

I ordered turkey bacon and egg whites on a roll.there was LITERALLY ONE SLICE of turkey bacon. AND it was so under cooked it was practically raw and i could barely eat it.seriously?

Exceptional food and service by Derek! I am visiting family in the area and will definitely add this to my list of places to grab a bite to eat and a fresh coffee!

Best bagels on Long Island! I wish you opened another location towards FARMINGVILLE, but I'll travel to get them from you!

My family’s been coming here for a while but the place has really gone downhill with the kids who work there now. Was rushed while getting my order taken, I was only able to say half my order before the girl walked away to start making it.when she comes back I asked if I could get salt pepper ketchup on it- she opens the sandwich where it’s cut and coats the front of it in salt pepper and ketchup.the quality and care this place once had is gone, I’ve had other messed up orders recently, but never posted a review because it’s a busy place and things happen.but it’s boiling down to lack of effort and consideration.

Honestly, this used to be BY FAR the best bagel shop. I would drive 40 minutes away to get bagels here when I lived further away.

Now? Some of the newer employees have such bad attitudes over the silliest things, my order is incorrect more often than it’s correct, and they stop answering phones/sometimes close their shop before their posted times.

The quality of the bagels is super inconsistent now too: (pretty please work to get back to the great shop you’ve been for almost my whole life. This is not it.

The "kid" in the blue shirt that took my order completely messed it up despite me saying THREE times that I wanted the egg sandwiches I ordered bro be on a plain bagel he had them put in a roll. I purposely made sure I was not in a hurry when I decided to go to the shop this morning only to have my breakfast ruined anyway.should have kept the tip, thanks (sarcasm).

Every time i call ahead or even just order at the counter.they mess something up or something is missing from the order.they can write it down double check triple check.and it’s still wrong

Best bagels around. Friendly, professional staff that get it right, and move quickly. Love this place.
