We just discovered Toddler Time at Bounce! Took our 2yr old and had the best time ever. Parents: bring comfy clothes so you can join in the fun too. Toddlers only from 10 to 11am after that is open to children all ages and it gets crowded.

Took my daughter and her friends to Bounce! And they had a blast! From jumping around, Basketball, volleyball, they really had a nice time.

Great staff overall, but a special shout-out to Alex for being super super nice, accommodating and very generous.

If your looking for a fun filled activity with younger kids around NY then this place is the great spot. Lots of fun for kids and adults there is trampolines, arcades, rock climbing and party rooms.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Glow night is great. Wish it were at least an hour earlier now since daylight savings time is over. This way kids can get out sooner.

Kids always have a good time here. Fair snack selection, water + Gatorade. They also offer is dipping dots at the snack counter plus More frozen treats via vending machines.

There is a decent enough arcade and kids punish the games. They fix them only to get another round of punishment.

Fun when the place is empty, buy admission for a child at $22+$3 socks and get a $20 arcade card for free! Pretty good deal and you can spend 3-4 hours here. Kids loved it!

I noticed there was a lot of dirt and garbage hidden in the less lit areas. It's fun to bounce, but the uncleanness will keep me from bringing my kids. If we return and it looks like the upkeep has improved I would increase the rating.

Great local bouncing place
Needs some extra care to small things, like staff should check bathrooms more often, and show higher appreciation to customers

What a fun place for kids! We had our kids 8th and 5th birthday together and it was a blast! All the kids had so much fun, they didn't want to leave! Our host JULIA was the best! She was so nice and very accommodating to our all our requests! Such a polite attitude also! So hard to find these days! If you could, please ask for her LOL! Will definitely do more parties here! What a gem in Rockland for kids!

Visited location for a kids party. No air conditioner in party room. One standing fan in room. Family restroom has no changing table. Restrooms clean Plenty of parking.

Run down, mismanaged, and really depressing.
Apparently their policy is to rip $10 off kids that forget to return the lockers key at the end of the day.

Shame on them.

Very disappointed in this place. Just had my daughter birthday party there. Very unorganized the room they gave us was small. Always had to look for our party rep. Had disabled grandmother there and a car with no handicapped sticker was parked in the handicapped space. It parked close to the ramp where grandmother could not use ramp. Told the girls at the desk and they didn't know what to do. Shame fun place for kids. But no organization kids watching kids. Just a matter of time before someone gets hurt.

I had the best experience celebrating my sons 9th Birthday. Our Host was super informative, helpful and attentive. I had the opportunity to actually enjoy my sons Birthday. Our Host Savanna took care of everything. I would highly recommend Bounce to any parent.

We've been wanting to check out a trampoline park for a while now. I noticed a few within an hour or so from the Bronx. After doing some research, I decided on Bounce.

We planned to get there as early as possible to avoind any crowds, since this was our first time. We arrived at 12 pm, right when it opened. The place was empty and we were greeted by some friendly and helpful employees. We filled out the appropriate waivers (can either be done on your mobile device or they have a computer set up near the counter as well). The waivers are for adults and children. The 60-minute bounce passes are about $20 for children and $25 for adults. They are good in "rounding-up" the times.si if you arrive at 12: 15, they will give you allow your time to expire at 1: 30, giving you 15 extra minutes. You are also required to buy and wear socks (about $2.50 each), but they can be taken home and used again if you return. For my family of four, it was about $100.

There is an arcade section in the front area which has some shooting games, air hockey and a bunch of other ticket-winning games where you can accumulate tickets and trade them in for prizes, similar to Dave & Busters. This area is generally small and was a nice bonus. All the machines in this area are card operated, which you can purchase at the front counter.essentially 4 tokens equal $1 and most games are 4-6 tokens per play.

After you get your pass, you get to roam free. There are a few different bounce areas; open bounce, foam pit, volletball area, climbing area and a large free bounce area. What I really appreciated was that there were a few designated areas for the little ones (5 and under). For someone who hasn't bounced before.let me tell you.it was quite a workout. My legs are sore they day after. The only additional area you can purchase optionally, is the rock wall climb area.which I believe is about $5 per climb.

There were drinks (soft drinks - $3) and snacks (cookies/chips - $2ish) for sale at the front counter.

One gripe was that we could only find one bathroom there (family bathroom), and the condition was pretty bad.especially for the place only being open for under two hours.

Another gripe was that a bunch of the arcade machines did NOT work as expected. We needed to have points on our game card reimbursed a few times.

While we were there, from about 12-2pm on a Friday, the place never got really crowded. The workers, mostly teenagers/early twenty-somethings, were all very nice. They all seemed to have positive and cheerful attitude. I understand that it may not be easiest to deal with bouncing kids all day, so kudos to them.

Overall we had a great time here, but I would likely check out the other places in the future for comparison.
