New build and they didn't wire my ac unit into the breaker box.
90 degree days are a terrible way to find out we had an issue.
They sent over a couple of techs and got us taken care of within a couple of days.

Have installed new gas hot air heating system. Will be adding heat pump equipment when available.

New furnace and hot water heater installed. Very happy with everything. Chris and staff were great! Would definitely recommend!

On the coldest day of this winter, our furnace broke down. It was also a a very early Saturday morning. It was very stressful and with small children in the house we needed help right away. Chris answered our call and helped right away. Chris answered every question knowledgeably and with patience. And there were a lot of questions. Ultimately we needed a new furnace and Chris was able to have that scheduled immediately. Chris and the Bourque team made this easy and most importably made us feel safe and confident on our decision. I don't often write reviews, but I wholeheartedly appreciate what was done for us that very cold weekend! I could not recommend them more. Thank you!

The service manager arranged for our furnace cleaning and tune-up the day after I called. The technician was courteous, neat, and thorough. I highly recommend Bourque Mechanical Systems. They are a pleasure to do business with.

We called them this morning because our central air unit stopped working on Sunday night. We waited to call them till Monday morning since it wasn't a true emergency and they came out and we're here within an hour of our phone call. We are located about 35 minutes from their location so much of the wait was driving to get here. We were very lucky that it was a simple fix and the technician they sent named Kyle was so nice and professional and answered all our questions. We are going into a heat advisory for the next two days so we are so grateful he got it up and running so quickly! So far our experiences with them have been great as we did use them last year as well for furnace maintenance. What I liked about them too is they didn't try to sell us a new furnace because ours is old. They were honest and fair in their review of it. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Bourque installed 2 ductless a/c units for us in 2019. They were professional, clean, on time and did a great job with our install. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Bryan Bourque and his staff were wonderful to work with. Historic Albany Foundation had a multi-faceted project converting old oil boilers to natural gas and installing mini splits in an old building. The guys were courteous in working around our staff and customers and we are very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

Cannot give 0 stars. Dave at the office is a condescending, arrogant phone answerer. He sent the tech to look at my Carrier equipment that did not work and I had no heat. Technician needed lots of hand holding because he never worked on my particular heat pump (too complex for him) After checking the equipment he said he would contact local distributor and get new circuit board. He never did, I have been waiting (without heat) for 2 days. And today Dave told me that they will not work on my pump because they did not install it.
Awfull company, incompetent, owner hiding behind his staff, does not have a decency to answer the call complaining about HIS company.
