Bowlero Chelsea Piers, New York NY

I would like to start by saying this was my family's first bowling experience and it was AWESOME! We celebrated my granddaughter's 2nd birthday and the entire family had FUN!

Bowlmor @ Chelsea Piers applied all CDC/NYS guidelines and patrons were able to have fun SAFELY!

The following team members were very attentive, engaging, and overall pleasant-KUDDO's to Anthony, Gabby, and Kamryn! Also great job sales rep-Joanna!

The food was tasty, hot, and great portion sizes! The alcoholic beverages did not taste watered down BTW they have house liquor and top shelf just in case you are wondering- We prefer topshelf!

We had an awesome time. Never saw crystal the lady in charge of our party she never came back with the receipt or to see if we needed anything. But Camry, Sid, and Yenrri not sure if that's how you spell it took care of us. They made us laugh helped us everytime we needed and always with a smile. Gabrielle helped us settle the rest of our bill, super nice. Loved it we definitely will be back. Thank you for giving my son a very happy birthday!

I had a birthday celebration that was intended to be a small and private party of 4, however the manager on duty that evening Jasmine was holding our table with drinks as if we did not know how to handle our alcohol (we only had 2 rounds at this point). Also, there was a surcharge to cut our own cake for $25 which NO ONE WANTED TO CUT! As far as the staff, they ended up watering our drinks down and providing a bogus bill that entailed services and food we did not order just to to compensate for the tip they knew was not going to be generated. For ppl that are currently in the hospitality industry right across from this establishment could not understand the extent of our bill and being limited to what was available according to what the staff felt was adequate for our needs to enjoy. I guess thats what happens when you expect to spontaneously spend the weekend in the city on the west side as adults, BE TREATED AS IRRESPONSIBLE DELINQUENTS WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO HAVE FUN IN THE BIG APPLE!

Honestly visiting this place was a big mistake. Very overrated, mad expensive for no reason, 67 dollars for two games which was like 15 min. Save your money and go to a cheaper bowling alley in brooklyn.

Always a great time, staff is always attentive, delicious drinks and food awesome view to our beautiful NYC.

There was no food or drinks. The bowling prices are super expensive, and with No food made this experience one to forget

Fantastic time in New York City. Valero made the night especially the staff arcade is close but lanes are clean, sanitize, and super safe. Definitely a great fun place to take the kids. Call to make sure golf is open they close during snow.

I have not bowled for a long time and Chelsea Piers brought back a lot of memories. I enjoy it a lot, my daughter and son had a blast. Very clean and nice. Socially distanced and managed well. I enjoy. Am definitely going back again!

A little overpriced, but it is Chelsea Piers after all. Went with 2 other friends of mine. We wanted to order beers, but couldn't unless we ordered food, which was annoying because we already ate prior to arriving.

Great spot to bowl.reconnect with friends and just have a great time. Staff provides great service. Aaron and Ty always provide great customer service.definitely recommend!

Place is very clean and well run. I only gave 4 stars because I can't speak on the other activities they offer due to it being shut down from pandemic. Will update review once I experience everything else.

Great place to bowl especially during the pandemic, rated 4 stars because the bar and food is closed for covid regulations. But when things get back up and running the place is definitely a 5 star hang out spot!
