Bowlero Commack

The staff at bowlero in Commack turned my sons birthday into a magical night! The fire alarms went off multiple times durning the evening by chance and the staff including Sean Nelson, Larry M, Jared W, Maria M, Made my sons hectic night turn into a fabulous 4th birthday regardless of the situation. Everyone was professional, caring, fun, energetic, and turned the night into something fun and exciting. I had my daughters 5th birthday party here in September and they made this birthday in October a night to remember. It’s always a great time here, clean, great food, and great service. Thank you bowlero we will be back

An ABSOLUTE BLAST WITH AMAZING SERVICE. We chose to have a hang out night for our small businesses staff and I was absolutely WOW'ed with the service and experience provided for all of us. The staff was attentive, professional, made us laugh and gave all of us a wonderful experience. We went in expecting great but left experiencing PERFECT. Thank you Bowlero for hosting us and having us all leave with great smiles on our faces. Cow Harbor CrossFit will be back!

We came here on an early Saturday afternoon and we asked for a pair for six people. The guy at the front desk said “there is no way we can give you a pair” for SIX people? Yet the place was slightly empty and they are more important toward the birthday parties and not the league bowlers. Very unwelcoming! I will NEVER visit this establishment for practice! Get up and RUN from this place! Very unprofessional about the leagues and tournaments and they’re almost to the point where they’re kicking them out! What is wrong with these “Bowlero” centers!

Really expensive and slow service, especially on the weekends when they’re catering to the birthday party crowd.

Went in on a Sunday at 2 our lanes were extremely sticky. Clerk said it was from the night before but would have someone come clean for us. We left at 3: 30 never got cleaned.

Its so nice I love to bowl but it takes practice to curb the ball with the bowling ball and I love meeting new people and I like the girl named Kaity Hall and I care about her a lot as a friendship that comes first

Two huge thumbs up for Bowlero in Commack! I called last Sunday to ask about prices to reserve a couple of lanes for my son's birthday on 5/21. Brittany in the sales office gave me the run down of walk-in vs party pricing. I know there's a Groupon for Bowlero, and I considered that as well. The party price for teens was $40pp and included 2 games, shoes, unlimited food and drinks (pizza, french fries, chicken tenders, soft drinks), a $10 arcade card to use that day and a $5 gift certificate to use another day as a party favor. Comparing all prices (walk-in vs. Groupon + buying food and arcade for all kids vs.party package), the party package was a no brainer.

We had our own attendant, Sean, who was an absolute doll. He got a long with all the kids and was so sweet. The food and drinks never ran out. He took the ice cream cake and saucers right away to store in the freezer. I forgot candles and he brought them out. He was so good, I tried recruiting him to work for me at College Hunks.

The kids had an absolute blast bowling. There were 8 teens plus my 12 yr old, and my fiance's 9 and 6 yr olds.

The manager, Mike, came over towards the end of the party with a card for Aidan with free bowling passes and an arcade card in there for him. Then he asked if Aidan had siblings and I said yes, these 3. He ran off and grabbed bowling passes and arcade cards for them so they "wouldn't feel left out". Now THAT is customer service! I highly recommend having a party at Bowlero. Start by calling Brittany to plan your party. They do all kinds of parties, from birthdays of all ages to corporate parties. This was the most easy breezy party I've ever had and it was all booked a week before.

Food and drinks are decent, cool bowling and arcade areas. My family and I often go there, cool spot

Nice clean and friendly. League bowlers as always are a bit 'in your face' if you are just there for fun but that's not the establishments fault. Use a Groupon though, $$ without one.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place and I decided to check it out for myself. Everything I read in the reviews were so true. The atmosphere is amazing. It’s so colorful and the food and music are great and they even have fun games for the kids.
The staff is so friendly especially Mike the supervisor and Deb the hostess!
I took my mom out with me on Sunday, the 19th of March and it was her 93rd birthday.
She’s a young 93.
Mike and Deb and the rest of the staff treated her like a queen!
Deb brought her a crown that was lit up along with numbers 93 that were lit as well. It was so cool! Deb even took pictures for us. They then brought out a cookie cake with ice cream and sang Happy Birthday!
She was so happy!
Thank you Bowlero and especially Mike and Deb for making my Mom feel so special and giving her a day she will never forget.

Nice place great atmosphere however they should take more time to make sure everyone is wareing bowling shoes, our lane next to ours two person where wearing regular shoes sneakers and crocs not good. We paid for the shoes while other play with regular shoes I did mentioned it to the waitress no one did anything.

I do not have enough good things to say about Bowlero Commack. St. Patrick’s School in Huntington was fortunate enough to be there every Friday afternoon competing in bowling matches with other Catholic schools associated with CMSAA. A HUGE shoutout to Bowlero’s manager Mike for always helping and making it a wonderful experience for the young athletes. It was not an easy feat, but everything was always handled no matter the size of the line in front of the desk. Thank you Deb and the rest of the waiters/waitresses for always being so patient with the students. And thank you to the other manager Kelly for always being so bubbly and helpful whenever I saw her! You are all truly so wonderful. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience for the kids. I hope to work with you all again in the future!

Awful. One overworked kid at the counter. Nobody helping him. 3 people, 3 games, over 100 dollars. More time on lines than the lanes
