I was able to move/make an earlier schedule time on the same day. Yes, there's bound to be waited for a while but it's for updating your patient profile, I assume. For me, everything went smoothly.

This has to be the worse place ever! Do yourself a favor and find some where else to go. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff is nice, but from the wait time and overall, service it’s 0 out of 0!

I would highly recommend this Dentist Office. The staff is very professional and friendly! The office is clean and they work with your insurance company to help you get the most from them. Thank you everyone at Boynton Dental!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The appointment was for 2 pm on a Friday, I arrive on time and wait. I was was not seen until 3: 40 pm where they took an x-ray. I was then told to wait 30 minutes to see the dentist. It's now 5: 10 PM, and no dentist in sight. Everyone else in the waiting room was annoyed as well. This office is TERRIBLY managed! They make their patients spend 3+ hours just waiting for what should be a routine check-up. I am NEVER returning and I suggest you all stay away too until they resolve their terrible scheduling system that results in these egregious wait times.
