Boyz From Italy reviews
21I came home after 16 plus years and my Uncle and Aunt brought me here. (They come here every Friday) The lasagna and cannoli were amazing. Nothing beats the taste of home.
The pizzas have gone downhill. My last order was under baked and virtually no sauce. The salad was lettuce. Wasn't worth the money.
If you want authentic italian food and a cozy ambiance, this is the go to place. The servers were nice, informative and the good was delish. Will go back for sure.
Gave everyone that came with me food poisoning. I'm never coming back here, even if someone paid me I wouldn't come back. The waitress was very nice though that was the only good part.
Ordered 4 dishes: pizza, fried mushrooms, cauliflower, tuna melt (with fries) and none were good. I’d encourage others to go elsewhere based on my food sampling. I’d offer the same options to the staff if I was asked “how is everything” that you typically here in service restaurants. I don’t like to leave poor remarks, but I hope they improve and others have better experiences.
Rudest apathetic people ever. Wanted to place an order, asked if an item contains egg for an allergy and the lady is too lazy to inquire and doesn’t want to be bothered to check. Service is non existent these days. I’ll take my business elsewhere then man. Don’t insult my intelligence and tell me you cannot find the answer or check.
Got 4 slices tasted like beef jerky pizza. This isn't the 1st time it's happened. I called she told me was fresh. Go ahead spend $17 on 4 slices and see the quality of pizza you'll get. Never again.
The food was not good. Pizza was served was cold. Brought back out definitely microwaved, and crust was hard. Waitress was not friendly at all. They need to step up their game.
The best place to bring the boys to have pizza when your leaving or planning too take in a movie locally
Went to Boyz before a show at the Rome Capitol Theater. Made reservations for table of 8. The place was full, mostly from people going to the show. There were 15 tables and one waitress! She did an excellent job. Our food came out quickly, she refilled our drinks. And not one mistake. Food was very good. Chicken Riggies were some of the best I ever had! Definitely will be back!
Don’t bother paying $7 for a house salad it was sad looking, we should have bought a bag of salad at Walmart it would have been better, and the white pizza with broccoli was mostly dough. The woman who rang us up was very pleasant.
The fried chicken salad comes with bacon but the waitress was kind enough to take it back and have the chef remake it without bacon. One of my colleagues got the Philly cheesesteak sub and liked it a lot!
Huge slices at great price. Regretfully I was not overly impressed with the ingredients. Which is why I gave it 3 stars. I would stop by again when I am in the area, but I would not go out of my way to get a slice or two.: (
Amazing pizza. From the syracuse area that has great pizza. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. We had cheese slices and buffalo and both were phenomenal. Huge slices too. 5 stars all day.
So we ordered almost 60.00 worth of food to feed 6 members of my family, it was well worth it, the customer service was amazing and very friendly and my order was made correctly (which is shocking) if I could give more stars I would, this is the best place to eat in rome!
I ordered 20 butter and garlic wings with extra extra garlic, got home, and there's no garlic what so ever. Call there to tell them, and all the girl kept saying over and over again was, "do you want 6o come back and we'll give you a cup of garlic? " I said no cuz it wasn't gonna taste the same, and said I wanted to bring these back to get the order I ordered, and plus I'm across town. And she said she couldn't do that.how can you not give your customer what they ordered? To me, that's not customer service, nor is it pleasing your customers. Or good business. I don't think I'll ever go back.
I wish 0 stars was a rating, this is extremely disappointing for the money we just paid! DO NOT GO HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The spaghetti was just tomato sauce dumped over noodles-no taste, no meat, no nothing.the linguini tasted flourish like not cooked right and all stuck together with red clam sauce but dry at same time.and the pizza was "large" with pepperoni and not much roni on it at all for the money. NEVER AGAIN, MUCH RATHER GIVE SOMEONE ELSE MY 50$ AND GET WHAT I PAID FOR. NOT THESE GUYS, MAYBE WORTH 10$ TOTAL TONIGHT. LIVE AND LEARN I GUESS TODAY WE GOT GIPPED, DONT LET URSELVES BE NEXT VICTIM!
Service was good, but pasta falls flat. It seems like basic store-bought sauce is dumped with noodles. With how simple pasta is, you could make your own at home for the same time and at a fraction of the price.
They do give big portions, though, and other menu items seem to be a hit, so opt for those instead.
They have the best food around! And whoever answers the phone is always soooo nice! Love this place!
I ordered 2 pizzas they delivered 3 pizzas I still paid for the order that they gave me then went in today to address the situation and they were very rude and said that I ordered 3 pizzas when I did not order 3 pizzas that is not good customer service and I will not ever go back there again this is Wayne cooperator the owner of pipe works plumbing just so there's no mix up on who wrote this review I am a customer customer customer customer customer I am a customer I was there I did address it And I'll never go back
