I’ve always wanted to straighten my teeth.after 1 year of being with Braces and Smiles, I am finally done! And I am loving my new smile! They are amazing. Very careful and flexible in dealing with each patient.

When I first began my orthodontic treatment I had crowded front teeth which I assumed it will take more than 2 years to get them straight. I started the treatment in May 2017 and now all my gaps are closed and my teeth are perfectly aligned. I’m super surprised it took only one year. (I just followed Dr. Lee’s instruction and that was it!)
For the past year Dr. Lee and his staffs have been incredibly helpful and communicative. I'm very satisfied with overall experience and I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for an orthodontist!

My experience with this office has been exceptional. Dr. Lee and his staff are beyond amazing. The ladies in the front are all very professional and helpful. I can say that I’m glad that I chose to get my braces at this office. Dr. Lee explained every step in the process and always provided feedback. He kept me well informed of where I stood with the process and of what I needed to do in order to get the best results. The office is super clean and most importantly my results are A+. Something that stood out to me was the availability each time that I called with a question for Dr. Lee. The staff were always as concerned as me to get my questions answered and Dr. Lee was always available for me when needed. I can’t stress this enough.he is the best orthodontist in Forrest Hills. If you want quality service and results then you just found the right place.

I cannot recommend this office enough! I absolutely loved it here! In my sophomore year of high school, towards the end of November, I got my braces and I got them taken off last Monday. I recall my first impressions of the office was that it was so cute and so clean, and the entire staff so incredibly sweet and helpful. From the girls at the front desk and Mrs. Lee, to Dr. Lee, to the rest of the crew, everyone was always patient, kind, and soo friendly. I definitely won't miss having my braces on, but I will miss seeing all these lovely people. Dr. Lee gets a huge shoutout for always answering my countless questions (I was always curious about my teeth lol). Also, I remember the day I got my braces put on I asked him how long I would have them on for, and he said 15-18 months. Well I did have them on for 18 months. Of course you play a huge part of the treatment duration, making sure to wear your elastic bands as he advises, coming to all your appointments, etc. To add, yes, this is a busy office and I understand that because they are amazing and their work is amazing, but, I never once during one of my appointments felt rushed. They give each patient quality time and that is much appreciated. To conclude this long review (conciseness was never my strong suit lol), Dr. Lee and his crew not only helped perfect/straighten/fix my feet but they also gave me my confidence with my smile. I used to always be that awkward girl in pictures that BARELY smiled, and when I laughed I would always cover my mouth because oh boy my teeth were uber crooked. Now, I smile confidently and brightly because I love love love my smile. Thank you so much Braces and Smiles!:)

Another random detail I just remembered is they always had either Moana, Finding Dory or other "kid" movies playing and even though I'm 17 who cares lol who doesn't like Moana or Finding Dory? !
