Working with Bradley’s team from Berkshire Hathaway was a wonderful experience I’d strongly recommend to any of my colleagues and friends. From the beginning, it was clear he is incredibly knowledgeable of the New York City housing market. Coming from outside New York City, he provided advice for us for moving to the city and we were able to sign an apartment that exceeded our expectations. Between his quickness to respond and dedication to our success I will definitely be using his team come time for my next apartment. Which will probably be a while from how much I enjoy the current one.

Working with Bradley's team was nothing short of the white glove service I’d expect. From the first time they showed us the property to final lease signing, their communication never slipped. He couldn’t have been a better liaison between potential tenant and landlord.

What was more impressive was Bradley's willingness to negotiate with the landlord we were going to be renting through. The property was completely furnished and the landlord didn’t want her tenants swapping out any of the furniture. Bradley went above and beyond to negotiate and find a compromise between both parties. We were able to customize the property to our liking and even received a discount on our rent in exchange for a longer term.

There are many brokers in this space that I find are in the business to make a quick buck- not Bradley's team. They felt like a true consultant that always sought to do right by their client. I would not hesitate to recommend any of my colleagues to Bradley's team and will most definitely be utilizing his services the next time my spouse and I apartment shop.

We have tried to sell our apartment for a while with an independent agent but could not get it going. When I contacted Bradley and Eyal from Berkshire my expectations were that they might be able to sell the apt but I did not think it will be as fast as they did!
It took them two weeks of presenting the apt to come back with a decent offer which they were able to negotiate and close to my satisfaction. I had a great experience working with both of them, they were nice, knowledgeable and professional. The apt was sold in a short time and at a decent price. Thank you guys!
