Fantastic roast beef sandwiches. Make sure u get them dipped. A little soggy but well worth the flavor. Eating in? Forgo the sandwiches and get the beef plate WITH cheese on EVERYTHING!

One word, AMAZING. If you want melt in your mouth roast beef then this is the place to go. And DO NOT MISS the pie. We split a slice of blueberry and it was best pie I have eaten in years. Lunch or dinner Brennan & Carr is a must go.

The absolute BEST roast beef sandwiches anywhere. Ask for double dipped and eat with a knife and fork. Devine! The onion rings are excellent as well.

Ok food. Waiters dressed badly, they throw a slice of American cheese on a plate of fries and price it at $6. Everything is plain and they only take cash.

It's just so outdated and out of touch.

This place and owner are terrible, they support fascism, they don't let people have freedom, they think about costumers like animals, if don't have vaccine they don't give food! It's not normal It's really fascism,

The roast beef au jus and onion rings are my go to. I have loved it since the first time I visited years ago. Everything on the menu is delicious but these are my favs!

Absolutely the best Beef & cheese in the five boroughs. My go to KFJ. The Knife and Fork Job. I also recommend and mug of Budweiser. It comes in a frosted beer mug. 1 1/2 sandwiches, French fries, and a Budweiser is my go to!

Only rating this based on this specific sandwich. I do want to say that i've eaten here many times as a kid and normally this is 5 stars. This rating is based solely on takeout that then traveled 2 hours before I got it. And it's STILL 4 stars.

I have many good memories with my Father here so for that alone I am so happy that this place is still around. For the area the prices are decent and (when open inside) a nice place to grab a small meal. They are however, my 2nd favorite place to get a Roast Beef in the general area. I won't say the first haha

So this sandwich traveled to the Poconos and was still hot and delicious when I got it. The roll wasn't destroyed (got my au jus on the side to dip rather than get it dipped there) and the meat was as excellent as I ever remember it being. What else can you say? If you're from the area.then you already know. If you're not, get in there and find out.

It’s a good roast beef. Glad we went for the experience. There is parking. Get cheese & onions on it! Next time we will prob try something else but definitely worth trying at least once.

I was in the area just about to head home before I decided to look for a good sandwich. I happened upon this place. I love me a good roast beef sandwich and boy did this place deliver! My only regret is that I didn't get the onion rings ha ha. I might have to make my next trip out to Brooklyn just for another one of these sandwiches. CASH ONLY

The roast beef sandwich was very good. The counter person recommended the corn fritters, which were amazing.

I took a ride to check out the place. You need a vaccine card to eat inside, so I ordered from the walk up window. 17 bucks got me a roast beef, small soda and fries. The fries were awesome and hot to the touch. They were good. The roast beef was a good size, but it was cold. They were not busy, so no really excuse there. It was OK. I definitely have had a lot better for sure. For me it wasn't worth the ride and kind of pricey. From seeing it on tv it was a disappointment

Good food. Roast beef sandwich is often cold or frozen in the middle. Quality went down. Used to be onpoint. Still a good local favorite. I love it here on a good day. Love the greasyness goodness. This Place has good roast beef sandwiches. This place is cash only. I would recommend this place and they have good beer on tap.

MY WHOLE FAMILY WAS LIVING IN EAST FLATBUSH IN THE EARLY 70'S AND BRENNAN AN CARR WAS A MUST GO TO PLACE TO ENJOY AND EAT OMG. NOW AT 68 HOW I MISS BRENNAN AND CARR GONE OVER 45 YRS NJ AND STATEN ISLAND NO PLACE HERE COMES CLOSE TO BRENNAN AND CARR. WE WOULD GO TO B AND CARRS AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK ALSO WEEKENDS IT WAS PACKED OUTSIDE. ALL WOULD WAIT FOR THEIR TURN TO ORDER. AND WORTH THE WAIT ME AND COUSINS AND FRIENDS WOULD ORDER AT LEAST 2 ROAST BEEFS, FRIES AND COKE ALL THE TIME AND HANG OUT LATE TOO. WHEN I WENT INTO THE US NAVY IN JULY 1971 BRENNAN AND CARR WAS MY LAST GREAT MEAL BEFORE BOOT CAMP! AND I MUST SAY I EAT AT LEAST 3-4 ROAST BEEFS, FRIES AND LARGE COKE. SOON AS I GOT BACK FROM BASIC IN OCTOBER THAT NITE STRAIGHT TO BRENNAN. AND CARRS FOR A REAL PIG -OUT MEAL ALL OF US TOO. MY GOD BLESS BRENNAN AND CARRS. Best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had. They soak it in gravy so it’s messy but we’ll worth it.
