My uncle went to see Dr B. She helped with dental nerve pain and crown work. Dr B is great at her craft and is a humanitarian. Vanessa is resourceful and caring.the staff is very pleasant. I will be going to her myself.

When the parking lot looks like this, with a TOILET and garbage everywhere, I should have known the office would be just as bad. I should have driven away immediately. Instead I waited over an hour to be seen. The "dentist" contradicted himself about the course of action needed several times. From reasonable to the extreme, all in the pursuit of $$$. From my insurance or from me, he didn't care. And it's important to say that he didn't "care" about me. Two of the three issues I have could have been solved during my visit. Instead he kept talking and then fishing for ways to make something simple, complicated. I knew all of my options, long before I arrived. I needed action, simple action. While waiting, I kept counting all the holes in the walls, and comical handyman work. If they accepted that quality of work, what should I expect?

Staff is very pleasant. My doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. Great place

I did the tooth in this place.
New crown. And after couple month foll off doctor want me to pay $4.000 (4 thousand) cash.to do again the seme job.
I try to explain to by phone. To the front desck people. They have worst communication they don’t care about the patients.
Be carful if you go in this place. Or
Better don’t go.

Front staff were really nice and they got me in right away. My dentist however gave me a 2 minute dental cleaning and didn’t believe me when I said I felt a lot of pain on my wisdom tooth. She gave me a referral to a surgeon who had horrible reviews and was dismissive of my pain, when she checked on my tooth she barely glanced at it. She said I can’t do anything for you, then left. When I actually got my wisdom tooth taken out elsewhere they confirmed it was infected.

For my first visit I liked it, the staff was very friendly, the place is clean but I would have liked the dentist to take his time cleaning the teeth a little more. I don't have any criticism, it was a good place for me and I was very well received and for that I thank all the staff.

The people are all very nice to talk with. They all take care of you very well. It's a wonderful environment. Would recommend Brentwood dental to anyone. Thank you to all that work there
