I took my Father to see Dr. Krishna for his dentures. From the moment we walked in the staff was super friendly kind and warm. My father had dentures and another dentist wanted my father to get a whole new set. Doctor Krishna was able to fix my father's dentures.he took his time to explain things and is extremely thorough and really is kind and gentle with his patients. Definetly reccomesing him to anyone I know.mabfathedenides

After 4 years of not being able to see a dentist due to lack of insurance, I was finally able to get some and then go here. Dr. Krishna and his staff are attentive, polite, and friendly. After finding out I was anxious about needles and dentists in general they were gentle and understanding, they told me what was going to happen to me and when and even let me have breaks in between if I needed. I had lot of work done after not having any for so long, but they were never judgmental or critical of me. The office assistant is also very sweet and conversational. I recommend this practice.:)

We all have last minute emergencies and I understand they want to go home, but if you are driving 45 mins away to make it on time for your kid appointment and that appointment is the last one of the day and you call them 25 mins before to tell them you are going to be 5 minutes late and explain the situation because there is an accident on the highway and for them to not be understanding after you have already driven more than half way there and their answer is “we apologize you need to reschedule”? NAH NOT RIGHT, You are a customer and you need to sit in their waiting room and wait between 5-15 mins for them to put you in (when they are on time) my kid (new patient) I THINK I AM GOING TO TAKE HER OLD DENTIST!

The staff here is great! Professional, welcoming, and accommodating.the office has a friendly feel to it, and the dentist thoroughly describes the procedures to you before starting, and let's you ask questions. This most definitely helped me to be at ease. Plus the office is very clean, which is important.

Dr. Krishna, DDS is a very easygoing, knowledgeable, and friendly dentist. He always discusses what he thinks might be beneficial to you; and has no issue if you ask questions or suggest other options before touching your teeth.

Not once did I feel that I was being "up-sold" or being "forced" to have an "unnecessary" procedure done (in my case, fillings-as my medications that I take cause me to have "dry mouth"; which then, over time, created cavities along my gumline which needed to be filled.)

His Dental Hygienist, Sabrina, is extremely courteous; seems to genuinely love her work, appreciates you as her patient, and does an excellent job with cleaning and caring for your oral hygiene.

The ladies at the front desk have always been friendly an professional with me; in person or on the phone.

The waiting room is comfy; complete with free coffee (or tea) and a television.

The office location also has a wheelchair accessible ramp; which is important to point out as well.

The relentless pursuit to take an unnecessary x-ray was unreal to me. I said No too many times to let it slide. This is no way to treat people. The bottom line is that it was unnecessary, even according to The AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION. Look it up, and you'll see that an adult with good oral health and low risk of dental problems should have x-rays taken 24 to 36 months. Realize even though it probably won't give you cancer.why the extra risk. I just told the people there I Just had them taken 4 months ago, and they were fine. Wasn't lying.

Also, they are supposed to do an oral exam first to access if an x-ray is even needed.they skipped this step, and I believe that breaks the ethical guidelines; which obviously are to use the least possible amount of x-ray exposure necessary. But they didn't even mention till I was about to leave, that I can have my x-ray sent over from a few months ago at a diffrent DR; as if it was a final ditch option. I believe the x-ray on file was from within a 3-year period, but they should have done their homework before calling me in for a teeth cleaning and then telling me they can't clean my teeth without an X-ray. SMH.

And they really tried everything to pressure me into the Xray. At one point 3 people are there telling me all sorts of fear bait (non realistic things to say to someone who has had "no cavities ever") to make me think it was a good idea. And nothing they said made sense, because I kept telling her I just had it done not long ago (which i did), so I'm not scared.

Too many people don't make good calls and walk in like sheep, and they got used to nobody knowing about how they are supposed to do their job. Don't be stupid, don't take xrays you don't need. But also don't skip it when you do need it. These people gotta quit being greedy. What really got me was how at the beginning of the conversation I was allowed to sign a waiver to not get x rays, but suddenly, with the form in the office lady's hand; she says the doctor refuses to see me unless I take X-rays.
They basically thought I was soft, or possibly already processed paperwork. Something felt like I was being targeted like "Watch me work the Xray on him" attitude, salesmen stuff. I even said to them it feels like its only about the money. And the office lady should not be giving me medical advise.
