Brewster Veterinary Hospital

As we all know putting down a pet is extremely difficult. This vet made this process absolutely awful. First he moves our appointment up 2 hours to accommodate his personal schedule after the appointment had been set for two weeks. And second out experience ended with a door being slammed in our face and me and my father carrying our dying dog back to the car to hopefully find a better ending to my dogs life. To the man my family delt with, You truly made an extremely hard experience even worse than it had to be.

Thorough and outstanding care. After 10 years at another decent
place - I see what a great place this is for my dogs. Dr. Panigrahi has improved my Pitt Bull's health like I haven't observed before.

They are very friendly and great with my pets. I feel that it’s a little pricy, but for the hospitality of the doctors and nurses it is worth it.

This is where we take all of our small animals. Our Chihuahua just had all her teeth taken out and now she is very happy.

Phenomenal and patient staff. They help our nervous pup everytime and are always pleasant and professional.

No blood draw no real scan, no look at growth no actual exam just assume Lymes antl biotics?

I had brought a baby bird nest in this afternoon, that I had rescued with hatched babies in it, I didn't want them to die.when I had got there a old lady came out from the back and was screaming at me, very rude and unprofessional, telling me I didnt rescue them and told me to take them back. Should not even be allowed to have some like that working there.very, very unprofessional. Never going back there and highly recommend for you not to bring your pet there! Not to mention but this women was screaming at me in front of my 4 year old son sitting next to me. Very disgusted!

Easily accessible with great staff and knowledgeable doctor. This makes a great mix for trust and I would only bring my fur-family to someone I trust. Highly recommended!

I can't say anything negative about this practice. We are first time kitten owners and using this vet through the shelter we adopted from. They have been responsive with absolutely any questions and concerns (teething, intestinal problems, normal kitten stuff that is new to us) and never make us feel like a bother. It truly has been a big weight off our shoulders to have them available. The care we have received has been wonderful.

Called with an issue about my puppy stools and they took sample right away to send to labs. This was my first time going there.

Pleasant experience here. Visit was quick and to the point and they took good care of my chick. Dr. Wilson was very clear in his post visit care instructions.

This vet is awesome, they take care of little tiny fancy mice, which is what I needed. My mouse has a infected bump under her eye. They said it would be such an easy procedure and assured me everything would be great. I'm very comfortable with them and their prices aren't a rip off. They told me that they were backed up for weeks but being that its an absese it will get done right away. So tomorrow morning my baby scar scar will be all better again. Thank you Brewster Vet

Very professional. Doctor Wilson is a down to earth Doctor with all of the qualities you look for in a veterinarian. Overall welcoming staff who will treat your pet right.

I had a little “grooming” accident with my rabbit and called my regular exotic animal vet upset. They calmly said they had no appointments available. They told me I could bring him in but I would have to pay $175 emergency fee on top of whatever services were offered at the visit. This was 1pm in the afternoon in the middle of a business day. I did not bring him in. The next morning I called Brewster veterinary hospital on a recommendation. I had never been there before, so they didn’t have to try and squeeze me in but I was told they could see my rabbit that morning. The doctor was really knowledgeable and quickly calmed my fears. And my bill at the end of the visit was 1/4 of what they would have drained out of me at “the exotic animal” hospital. I did not know that
That Brewster Veterinary Hospital treated rabbits. They were there when I needed them, so now that is where I will be taking my rabbit from now on!
