Birwood Medical care is awesome.not to wait longer time. I've been there on several occasions, and each time I was greeted politely.the wait time was about less than 10 minutes. Great front Desk service, Doctor is great, and helpful.

Highly recommend this doctor. He sees children and adults. Very professional, efficient, and caring.

Dr Yakov Yagudayev is OUTSTANDING. He is one of the few doctors that truly CARE about the children and his patients. He visited me from when I gave birth, and from the time I met him, I trusted his genuine care wholely. If you want premium, genuine care for your child, you will see Dr. Yakov Yagudayev. Always have an issue with them, the staff doesn’t care about you will always miss diagnoses and are reluctant to give medical referrals to seek other medical fields

Very bad service from the one who speaks Spanish to me. He hangs up and gets upset about my daughter's medicine, why should they work if they are not going to have a profession and the doctor doesn't know how many milligrams I am going to give my daughter
They send her amoxilin medicine if she is allergic

I have been going to Dr. Y for 6 years ever since my first child was born. He is the best Doctor I have been to. I have multiple sclerosis for 14 years now and have not had a doctor treat me as well as he has. In other Doctor office you wait hours; at Briarwood Medical they are fast and accurate. The administrations staff is No BS but yet kind and understanding, they work with you via email, phone and in person. They call insurance companies and help as much as they can. They give medical documents fast and with understanding of forms. I my wife, my two children, and even my inlaws go see doctorY. You won't find another Doctor to pick-up calls at 3am or let you leave a message on his phone at 3am and call you back asap. He is caring and well knowledgeable on medicine. Anyone whom say otherwise either hasnt been to enough other bad doctor or is just foolish. I thank God that this man (Dr. Y) came into my wife room in the hospital and with his gentle but yet strong voice said "I'm your daughter Doctor come see me. "

I’ve been coming here since 2016. Dr Y is very understanding, professional and is efficient. He gets the job done effectively. He’s a real doctor! Takes care of his patients with the most respect. I love that we can go as a family to all get checked out at same time. The staff is personable and reasonable, they are clean and organized and even through the pandemic, we never got sick going to visit the office. Fast and easy process. Highly recommend

If I could give them no stars i would. Staff are very rude and can’t complete the simplest of requests. The office it’s self is very outdated and so are the minds of the people working there. If you’re not apart of their community don’t bother you won’t receive proper care or treatment. I’m so glad I’ve removed my family from the hands of this biased medical center.

Dr. Yagudayev has been my sons Dr.since birth and I can never think about changing him. Dr Y.is part of my family. He also makes time for his patients and truly cares about us. If you find that you have to stop into his office be prepared to be greeted by his lovely staff. The ladies at the front desk is a reflection of how great his office is. Im not sure how this office would be able to run if Milana was not their she is very thorough and organized with every file and patients request. Than she hands over your chart to Paoly and who in turns bring you to the exam room to ensure that you are well enough to wait and to take all the vitals and get a background of everything that you might need. Its funny cause she as well remembers what may have happened to you/your kids since the last visit and needs an update on your well being. Dr Y office is like a well working machine that I can never not be without. I will send anyone I know to see Dr. Y staff for all your medical needs. We Love you and will see you soon.

Dr Yagudayev is one of the most caring and knowledgable of health care professionals I have encountered in the last 11 years at my pharmacy practice, and you can imagine I have interacted with quite a few physicians. Dr Yagudayev is not only professional, courteous, and caring, but he goes the extra mile to service his patients. He is one of the only physicians that is in constant communication with the pharmacy to best service his patients' needs. He takes everything into his own hands, and treats his patients like family. Take the pharmacist's word for it here at PrimeMed- there will always be that one rotten apple like Pawel Michalski

I have been going to Dr. Yagudayev since 2019. The staff are very professional, kind and helpful. Never had to wait long to see the doctors. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to treat every symptom I came in with my son and daughter. The young ladies in the front are very kind, friendly and welcoming. Best pediatrician office in queens. When my daughter wasn't yet included in my health insurance and I took her there, I paid $150 for her visit and a few weeks later when my daughter was successfully added to my health insurance, I was fully reimbursed for the $150.
