Just a quick review today! DIANA AND AJ ARE THE BEST. Having to put everything together from Tennessee Diana handled it. We couldn't be happier! She is awesome. Reverend AJ he is the Man. He was super. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else. Thanks to them both.

Got our marriage license in the mail today and it's OFFICIAL! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Diana and Rev. AJ! Diana was informative and helpful in securing paperwork from clerk's office. On time outside our hotel as promised. Organized, in the where in when and how at "The Falls". Rev. AJ was nice.

Like many of you, we decided to go to Niagara Falls within a few weeks of actually doing it. We knew no one that could help us and had no contacts. If that sounds familiar. RELAX and call Diana at Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls! 5 stars isn't even enough! Diana took so much pressure off of us that we enjoyed every minute of the experience. She is an Angel who goes above and beyond. She will solve your problems before you even know they are problems. Call Diana at Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls we did, and it was the best decision we made! Diana, H & P love you!

She was the photographer, witness, wedding planner, do not purchase photo package, they asked me to remove my phone from my pocket and all photos she sent had my phone in my pocket. I had her take a picture with my phone which turned out better than the ones she took.

Diane was very helpful and a very fantastic person diane was kind, caring, very cheerful, and spontaneous. Thanks Diane and the pastor for making our day very special

I highly recommend The Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls. My husband and I wanted to elope, something simple and sweet! Diana and the Minister are great people, they make you feel comfortable and have great personalities. The church is absolutely Beautiful inside, the stained glass and wood carving are phenomenal!

I am giving 1 star because the minister was actually the best thing from our day. We live almost 15 hours away and decided on a trip to get married here. Diana was perfect until after we paid. Before hand she would call and talk and chat about everything. When we told her we didn’t want the photo package she wasn’t happy. Also they don’t put it on the website but if you tell her you don’t want photo package you have to pay extra to take your own photos NOT video. The night before we were suppose to get married Diana calls a few minutes before they close and tells us based on how many people we will be having to the falls- outdoor ceremony - we need to pay $100. More dollars. This is just for a few more family members to stand around. When I ask her what it’s for because we were never told this and I asked her plenty of times would it matter how many people are there since they pay to park and it’s free to come into the Niagra falls. Never was an issue until the night before when there was no going back. She HANGS UP the phone and me and says she will talk to my mother instead (becuse that is who paid a week prior to this) which I think is rude because she didn’t know if my mother would pay or if we would take cRe of it. She fails to return any more phone calls, emails, text. So we went to sleep very upset. The day we also go to see the chapel because rain is in the forecast— IT IS NOT THE SAME CHAPEL AS IN THE PICTURE — it is like driving up to the ghetto with a house with a crowded yard right beside it. We arrived early because we weren’t that far from it, she would not speak to us until my mother got there. And she took us to see the falls and what spot we would like to use, and I swear to you she did not say one single word to me or my groom. We were so blown away. The day of the ceremony she rushed the whole thing and made sure to tell us how we needed to tip the minister before the ceremony and to bring her money IN cash for being able to take our photos. Which were on cell phones not even nice cameras and which none included the minister so I’m not sure why we had to pay more she left the second we kissed as husband and wife, no congratulations Nothing. The minister was good he kept it light and made sure we stopped to relax and not so nervous. The whole thing lasted 20 minutes. I am so thankful it didn’t rain because the chapel is nothing like the pictures and if it would hve thunder lightning we would have to have it there. I could have got married at my beautiful church in my hometown but I wanted the expirience of Niagra falls. I booked through here because it was the first thing that came up but please look at other places there are some that have beautiful chapels and set ups if need be.

When I first called Diana she called me everyday until I paid- then I didn’t hear from her for a week and I had to call her and I asked what was going on and how would I know what to expect and she told me she doesn’t contact the bride until right before?
Every time we would question something she would get so snappy and rude on the phone.
I would also add that the whole week we were in Niagra we tried to meet with her and she kept telling us no not until the wedding day. I wonder if this was so we didn’t back out.

Just really look and compare a lot of other prices are priced the same and actually include things like - complimentary champagne or a hotel stay etc for the same cost as this. I really hve no idea what we paid so much for but we are happy to be married. It just didn’t feel like a genuine place that are happy to be marrying people.

Diana made our entire experience as smooth as possible. She was very attentive when it came to making sure we had everything we needed, and offered great suggestions about the area as well. Even with the snow, Diana and our minister made our day perfect. We received beautiful pictures and overall, could not have asked for a better experience.

Adam and I worked w Diana for our elopement this past saturday oct 19 2019! We def didnt give her much time to work with.maybe a week or so! And let me tell you.everything was perfect! Better than I could've imagined! The minister was funny and laid back and both of them fit our personalities.
