Rachel and Carla did a beautiful job at our wedding! The flowers were amazing. Everyone commented on how beautiful the chuppah was,  and our jaws dropped when we walked into our reception after a room flip. The tall and low arrangements with the candles were stunning. We made some changes after our initial trial and were completely blown away the day of. Rachel and Carla were also accommodating with logistics. They ensured the chuppah was ready in time for us to take pictures before the ceremony and flipped the room for the reception. Looking back at photos, we are thrilled with how the floral arrangements turned out! They were truly picture perfect.

We got married Sept 2021 at The View at Battery Park an Bride & Blossom were great for flowers/decor! Carla was so helpful in helping me execute my vision, she provided helpful guidance when I needed it and made adjustments with my feedback. I appreciated that they worked with my budget, they never pressured me to add more unnecessarily. The flowers turned out great. I got so many compliments on all the florals. Carla and her team brought what I had in my head to life! Also I was skeptical if I needed the additional candles on the tables but I am glad I listened to them and added them because they really did add the ambiance the room needed.

Carla and Rachel were amazing to work with. They were excited about my vision and it was truly incredible to have florists who genuinely cared about my vision for my wedding. The crew who loaded in and out was also fantastic!

Before we get into anything else, the actual work that was done at our wedding was beautiful and we have zero complaints on their ability to put together beautiful floral arraignments.

However.the communication, or lack there of, was the most stressful part of our entire wedding. Often times I would go weeks without getting a response, even after following up several times. The communication was so poor that we had to enlist the venue to start following up with them to get the answers and sign offs we needed.

Ultimately if we were to do it again we would have chosen another vendor. We felt like we were were not prioritized as clients and the communication issues persisted for so long we actually had to start reaching out to other florists as a back up within 3 weeks of the wedding. The unnecessary frustration and stress that this caused was not worth the end result.

My husband and I hired Bride and Blossom to do our flowers for our wedding at New York Botanical Gardens originally scheduled for June 6th 2020. With all of the changes due to the pandemic, Carla and Bride and Blossom worked with us to make sure our flowers were nothing less than perfect and we had no stress regarding the rescheduling. Our wedding day flowers were unreal. They brought to life the midsummer night dream vision that we had with unreal tree-like flower arrangements, card tables and chuppah. Thank you so much Carla and the team at Bride and Blossom for your tireless work, creativity and the perfect results!

Bride and Blossom did a beautiful job. Carla was a professional the whole way through. She was organized, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. Everything came out looking amazing. We could not have asked for anything more from our florist. Highly recommend!

From the moment we booked Bride and Blossom for our wedding I knew we made the right choice. They were professional, responsive, and clearly had a wealth of knowledge and experience. We didn't know any specifics about anything we wanted, only a general idea, and Carla took our ideas and turned them into the most beautiful result we could have imagined! Our wedding was so beautiful and everything turned out even better than we imagined it would!

WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR UNDELIVERED SERVICES - STAY AWAY

Rachel took our deposit and never delivered her service despite the contractual obligations and trying to work with her to be flexible through the pandemic. She refused to refund any of the deposit when we had to cancel the wedding due to our venue unable to host us due to COVID19. No services were ever delivered and no options for refund were given, she is a complete scam artist double dipping in keeping deposits for canceled events and COVID relief funds.
Even when we offered options to reschedule at a different venue- she refused - we even proposed an option to let her keep some deposit- she also refused, NO SERVICES were delivered and $0 were ever used to do anything for us!
The owner kept thousands of dollars when no services were delivered then claimed that she needs to keep our money because she is a minority woman owned business.
Never use Bride and Blossom, they will waste your time and steal your money!

UPDATE: the owner is now threatening my family and I for posting the honest truth about what she has done to us. She is holding thousands of dollars hostage for undelivered services. We are reporting this business to the authorities and Better Business Bureau for the threats, false claims and lies.

They did a fantastic job with our centerpieces and Chuppah. The flowers were big and beautiful and we are very happy with how everything came out.

I found Rachel through my wedding venue, The New York Botanical Garden. At our first meeting Rachel and Carla pulled up my Pinterest board on a big screen in their offices which I LOVED! Bride & Blossom took a look at my vision and then added onto it in the most beautiful way. I knew I wanted to keep things simple and they definitely executed on my aesthetic.

Probably the best thing about working with B&B was their itemized proposal which included the exact number of stems, bunches, blooms etc.that were in each arrangement and the pricing for each. As a visual person I thought that this proposal and the inspiration boards for each item were extremely helpful.

Rachel and Carla happily made adjustments for me throughout the process and as we got closer to our big day! I was even surprised to see Rachel herself working away on my wedding day. She delivered the personals to my hotel suite and I also saw her at my venue later in the day.

We were thrilled with the floral arrangements that Bride and Blossom prepared for our daughter’s wedding at Gurney’s Resort in Montauk. Their taste level, suggestions and understanding of our desires allowed for a magical evening. We highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the long stem roses delivered to me and that is saying something, because I definitely do notice the freshness of the roses and the length of the stems! Thank you, Bride & Blossom! I hope all my floral deliveries come from you!
