Briermere Farms reviews
17You have to get a blueberry cream pie! It’s a must, you will not be disappointed. We grabbed a pear pie and to our surprise it was delicious. Service is usually good. Grounds is usually kept clean and neat. Everything is fresh. I was disappointed with the blueberry muffins though, it honestly didn’t have a taste to it, very bland. I’d make the 2-hour trip just for the blueberry cream pie! Lol
I’m generally a huge fan of Briermere’s pies. The food is fresh and the pies are excellent. Unfortunately this time the pies were absolutely terrible to the point they were inedible. The blueberry cream pie tasted like a salt lick, and the pumpkin pie tasted like baby food. A waste of my time driving out there and a waste of my money on terrible pies.
This place is great. Their pies are out of this world. You can get then frozen and bake them yourself so they are fresh when you want one. You can get them ready to serve.
Very disappointed NOT worth the money….
Today was my first time buying their pies.
First if all I paid 21.00 for a 10 inch Apple pie.
The top crust was domed high but empty. The apples only went to the top of the pie tin.
The bottom crust was so stuck to the tin I couldn’t get any of the bottom crust out. It totally fell apart and the apples were mushy, not something I would serve at a holiday dinner.
I also bought a blueberry muffin. The muffin was so dry it made it hard to sallow.
I also bought a peach and pumpkin pie.
The pumpkin pie was not tasty, store bought is much better.
The peach pie was the same as the apple pie.
I will not be buying from them again.
Incredible pies cookies and jams long lines but they move Super Quick. Farm Fresh ingredients, delicious Crust Just Enjoy
All east enders have their own favorite pie.for more than 40 years nine has been briermere farms. Just be sure to visit off hours or be prepared to wait in line.
It's been years since I stopped here. This place has definitely gone from local farm to big business. Wanted to buy potatoes, they were from Idaho. So sad.
We always stop here on the way out to the vineyards for their fruit pies, scones, muffins and cookies. They also sell cream pies, jams, jellies and fresh vegetables. The blueberry crumb pie was out of this world and enjoyed the cranberry/apple and corn muffins!
Bought their chocolate cream pie, delicious. Bought their pumpkin pie, delicious. Bought romaine lettuce, fresh crispy and eat off the head delicious. Bought a loaf of their white bread and it was even better than what I listed above! Fresh, dense and had a sweetness to it that made it delicious on its own or with whatever you what to put on it! French toasted was perfection!
Really delicious. Such a great variety, friendly & quick. Whenever I come to the Hamptons I get items from here! Their cream pies are soo good. 100% recommend you must go here
Beat pies in new york. They also have a great farmers market and other local products. Would definitely recommend dropping by and picking up a bunch of items.
Best home-baked pies and breads. Also a nice selection of flowers and herbs. Try the jams and my favorite.apple butter. Pro tip.look at the online product list and order a day ahead. Items sell out quickly
Their apple tart is.devine. The crust alone! Local treasure, for many years. Unusual fruit pie combinations- peach-raspberry, does not disappoint,
By far some of the best pies on the east end of long Island. The peach cream is our absolute favorite. I wish it was available all year.
Asked for a raspberry peach pie but when I got home it was a raspberry pie. No peach. Still, it was amazing. Perfect amount of sweetness. The family enjoyed it, and I devoured the remaining few bites before bedtime.
Been coming her for at least 24 yrs. For all our pies.
Drove out today 9/26/21 bought an apple, blueberry, & Strawberry rhubarb pie. First off there a whole lot smaller than they used to be for more $. Cut into the apple pie there's hardly any apples can't even cut a nice slice. Not worth the 30 min drive anymore! Waist of time! Wish I could post a picture of what this looks like! Unbelievable!
