Bright Bubble Laundromat reviews
8The Woman who works there was very patient with me because it was my first time there, and the machines worked fine!
Amazing music and service provided it’s always clean and such friendly. People I come here by myself or with my stepmother every weekend and never a disappointment also amazing prices. From 6-10 dollars for a washer and only 25€ to dry I’m always impressed and favorite wash to come to by far highly recommend for a non stressful fast and most importantly clean wash plus always a good laugh and vibe the host /owner
Terrible experience. The racist lady told me to leave after I had just put the clothes in the dryer at 4: 45 PM. Luckily bystanders surprised by her unprovoked hostility spoke up for me as I looked on confused by the drama. Why do racist people bother shy people who keep to themselves?
It was a great experience at first, until you get to know the way of things with the employees. Things are not what it has seemed to be told to me documented. A lot of protocols has been fabricated amongst workers. I've been let go due to false allegations and unexplained actions. The residents that I've took cared of personal care has not been met. The records of ATL's and medicine intake are my proof. Understand the Potomac has caused a lot, but let's not forget our values. Treat others as you want to be treated as a family.
The new washers are expensive for no reason. The instructions say they take all soaps but the top loaders only really work with liquid soap. Powder soap will just get stuck in the compartment. All the attendants will give you attitude if you ask for anything except for the black lady she is the sweetest. She will actually attend to you without you asking. Just don't bother that white lady or black dude for anything cuz you never know their mood. There is no lost and found either which is kinda necessary at a laundromat. If you have to go here try to go before 3 pm while the nice lady is on her shift. She keeps her co-workers in check.
Good customer service and very friendly. Also 1 hour service. New machines, quick service and I'll stay there.
I would like to say that the employee's here are serious about their parking spot. And they will have an attitude with you afterwards, specifically the Spanish lady with the glasses. I thought it was changing for the better guess I was wrong. It's the hood can't expect much, they don't care if with your kids or not.
