Bright View Optical, Monsey NY

I was told my contact lenses will be ready 2 days after I placed the order. It’s already been 2 weeks and it’s not available for pickup yet. This is not the first time this has happened, which is super frustrating!
So irresponsible and unacceptable!

Service was to a whole new level!
I was extremely happy with the frame and fit.
Frames are the most updated styles.
I highly recommend this place!

I was there and I asked to fix my glasses they asked if I brought the glasses from them I told them no I told them I don't live here but they refused to fix it for me
its not worth it going here

Really modern facility that is fresh, clean and professional. The doctor gave a fully comprehensive exam and had wonderful bedside manner. The technician and office manager were friendly and very helpful.

Seriously amazing team! After running around the entire town I finally stopped in here! The best decision I made! The biggest selection, by far! Amazing customer service! A special thanks to Shaya for being so helpful and patient with this very difficult decision making process as for what frames to take! I ended up getting the nicest ones in town! Love it!
