Brindle Room reviews
12There is a lot to be said for a well curated menu, a good atmosphere, a chef and owner who welcomes you to dine, and quality atmosphere and ingredients. This feels like a right proper bistro, and if I lived in the neighborhood I would absolutely make it a regular visit.
Great date night atmosphere with indoor and outdoor options. Fantastic burger and the whiskey sour is just as perfect. The staff is really welcoming and kind.
It was super good! The Burguer supreme and the baby ribs. They also have a delicious veggie burger. And the fries divineeee.
Since they closed down because of Covid I have been traveling all over the city looking for a burger that matches the quality of The BrindleRoom and have come up short. I’m happy to hear that they are back and their food has not changed at all. The best burger in the city by far and the new place is amazing. Staff is super friendly, since I found out last week I have been there twice already.
Took my wife here for a pre Mother’s Day celebration. We had the burger and chicken malanese and must I say; they did not disappoint not one bit. That burger was super juicy and delicious. The chicken had the perfect crisp and was so succulent. Drinks were great as well. Our server Ariana was more than helpful and kind. We enjoyed ourselves a lot for it being our first time here. Would definitely return for sure.
New location and was hoping food quality hadn't changed, it has not. Sit at the bar and watch the kitchen. These are serious cooks who have clearly worked in larger, more formal kitchens, they are making simple food with technique. Servers are professional and friendly, with just enough edge to let the tourists and blonde brunchmonkeys know whats up, and to recognize a regular within a few visits. I dont have to mention the burger etc because its well known these guys are executing the food at a high level and with honestly the most approachable prices in the neighborhood. Thank you Brindle room for being the neighborhood joint that overdelivers consistently.
Amazing food! The mash, the Brussel sprouts, fries, and steak! I was here a few days ago with my family but I definitely will be going back service is great too.
So thrilled this place finally reopened after the pandemic. Everything about the experience is good-the space, the service, the location (including the new spot!) But the stand-out is absolutely the burger, classic in style, and done to perfection in every detail. The rest of the menu has always been very good too, in my experience.
What a great first experience! Small focused menu. Perfect execution. Great, friendly service. We will be back regularly! Thank you.
Superb pasta and great burger finished off with a delicious chocolate mousse. The recommendation from DDD was spot on!
Had such high hopes for the Brindle room after Virginia’s closed during the pandemic.
Upon ordering the burger it was recommended that both be cooked medium yet it still came out raw (not rare) and wasn’t immediately taken back to the kitchen.
There’s potential here… but it’s just not Virginia’s.
The burger is the best I've ever had. But the brussel sprouts are possibly the best thing I've ever eaten anywhere. Wait staff was so warm and enjoyable.
