Brockport Landing

I’ve been at Brockport Landing since the beginning of August and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with an apartment complex! Tatijana, the property manager, is very understanding about anything that’s happening in my personal life and is willing to help me out, it means a lot to me. Can’t beat the rent prices either, the apartments are very well maintained and kept up to date. I highly recommend Brockport Landing to anyone looking for an apartment in the Brockport area!

For me, Brockport landings was a nice, clean, and quiet place right in the middle of the town of Brockport. It was a great introduction to my life here in Brockport. The lease manager, Tatiana, and the owners are very nice and understanding.

I've been living at Brockport Landing for about a year now and I've had a great time, the staff has always been responsive to any problems I had. The manager and the super are both kind and helpful people and the surrounding areas have a handful of essential amenities with quick access to both Brockport's Main Street and the Erie Canal trail. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap but comfortable place to live that also allows pets.

Very happy with my experience at Brockport Landing! The complex and surrounding neighborhood are quiet and friendly, and within walking distance to Main Street and the Erie Canal. The staff members are friendly and professional, and quick to respond to problems or questions. They love animals and make pet owners feel welcome! If you’re looking for a cozy apartment in a great location, this is the place.

I’ve lived here for two years now and I really love the apartments. They’re cute & affordable! The maintenance guy, Steve, is always very quick to reply if there’s anything I need help with. During the winter, he’s great with plowing and putting salt down which is a great help. No complaints from me!

Upon them pulling my credit, I was not notified of any inquiries made to my account. This similarly happened to my mother as well. Upon asking for a refund for the application fee, they refused to refund me. I asked if they had a disclosure at the time of payment saying the application fee was non-refundable, but they refuse to send anything. The credit reports they pulled listed credit scores less than our actual credit scores. I’d stay away as they likely don’t have any vacancies and will refuse to work with you on anything.

Mold bulging walls and leaking cracked Windows left unattended for months the ceiling in the apartment above me collapsed from water damage.

Note, I have nothing against the local employees only the owners.

My roof was left to leak for months. My walls were bulging from mold and water damage. I was left with a broken window for months because I was told the roof and window were going to be replaced at some point by the owners and I guess they didn't have the resources to do anything about it.

Maintenance would come out quickly on request but so many things they couldn't do anything about like the broken windows or the roof or the bulging walls. Maintenance guy seems nice I have nothing against him.

My broken window was removed after I left and thrown in the trash, and I was charged $50 for cleaning the broken window that's in the trash. Other cleaning fees make sense but this one doesn't. Neither does the cleaning fee for cleaning carpet in an apartment that has no carpet or closets in the apartment that has no closets or countertop in a apartment that has no countertop. I'm assuming this isn't the local employees fault, the list of things they can charge for is passed down from the owners. They charge for cleaning my floor and my fridge which was reasonable enough as they were messy. But charging for cleaning items that don't exist is not really reasonable here.

If you're moving out of this place I'd highly recommend hiring a local cleaning company to clean and then go through the apartment with management and get a WEITTEN acknowledgment that the apartment is clean.
I do appreciate them cleaning the messy floor for me though, and cleaning the surfaces.

Apartment is frequently filled with the smell of pot and/or cigarette smoke from adjacent apartments. Police were frequently on property for disturbances. The price doesn't make sense I was able to quadruple by living space for like $50 more by going to a different place. The trash bins were commonly overflowing because they're not emptied off in enough which I assume is also the owner's fault because who decides how often they get emptied. The roofing crew are awesome at nice guys, but they're clearly not actually roofers they seem like a random assemblage of dudes thrown into a dangerous job they don't know how to do.

Great experience. Maintenance was always prompt, and the leasing agents are kind and professional.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the maintenance staff. He is always quick to fix any problems that I've had with my apartment. He also works tirelessly every winter making sure that landings and stairs are shoveled, walkways are clear, and the parking lot thoroughly plowed. And he's very friendly with the tenants and their dogs. Overall great person.

The landing is one of the best Apartment complexes in the Brockport area. The property is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly, professional, and prompt. I am happy to have this complex in our community and you should be happy to call it home.

We have lived here for a couple of yrs now. It's
in a good location not only to the college but also stores and the Erie Canal. There was a little rough patch during the time period of the new management taking over but since then there has been steady progress with improvements and tenants safety with more to come I'm sure. We find the staff is easy to talk to and very friendly. When something needs maintenance attention they are quick to respond. We recommend Brockport Landing apartments.

New to brockport landing, moved all the way from the state of georgia! I have to tell you, best service. LISA is so friendly and sharp, truely cares about the residents! STEVE is awesome, amazing excellennt! He is so friendly and welcoming and everytime i need anything concerning my apartment his fast and gets the job done. I do not feel like i am alone here, they make you feel so welcome!

I lived at Brockport Landing for 3 years. The first two it was owned by a different company and I had lots of problems. The last year was my best year living there. A new company came in and fixed all the roofs. And they get problems resolved as soon as you tell them about it. The woman working in the office is super nice. Just don't live there if you work nights. There are neighbors behind the apartment complex that have loud dogs, loud children, and one person who frequently used a chainsaw. I only moved out bc I was getting a new bigger place with my significant other.

I have lived here for two years and never had any issues. Nice and reliable staff. Recent upgrades and improvements. Great place to live. - Steve is the man!

These reviews are from the old company. Jessica and Mike are both amazing. I have lived here over a year and it's been nothing but great. I absolutely recommend them.

Recently under new management and they have done nothing but make improvements since! The staff has been friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance team!

Lived there for a couple of months. They've done very well with renovating the place. My only complaints are total monthly charges are kind of high for the amount of space you get. The visits were almost frequent to inspect apartments and they can enter without your presence. My last complaint is that the late fee was unfair. If it is 3 days late there was a charge of $75 (it shouldn't have been more than $30).
