Laura is the founder, very inexperienced and rude. Necklaces X 2 broke and didn’t respond.
Echo the below review, terrible customer experience. Bought three pieces of jewellery, Anna M who is their customer service manager (the only person working there) was terrible and unhelpful - refused to help me with my jewellery that were tarnishing and falling apartment after barely a month. I can't believe this company exists.
Do NOT buy from this store. Faulty products, very poor quality jewelry that does not last. Very poor customer service despite elevated prices.
