Moved to New York recently, very ready to start my orthodontic treatment but not without research. I called your offices to get an essex retainer replaced with fake tooth and I was told I needed to do a pay for consultation, Then I was informed that you don’t do this service. It’s good that I didn’t get a machine when I called, that I really appreciated. The phone call left me feeling unwelcomed and dissatisfied. Please ensure that whoever is manning your phone is warm and welcoming and not rigid and rude if you appreciate the business of people from all walks of life.

I can't say enough about Dr. Bronsky and his practice. I wish I could give him more stars in this review. He's a phenomenal orthodontist and overall person. He is friendly, personable and he cares about the outcome of his patients. The treatment plan for our daughter took a few years which we knew in advance and Dr. Bronsky's projection produced a satisfactory outcome. Before committing we met with Dr. Bronsky and he laid out the steps with notes, images, deep discussion, and he answered all our questions. From the front office to back-office staff, they are all trained well to answer your questions and to make you feel welcome. The ease of making and changing appointments was always appreciated. They were always able to fit us in with our hectic schedule. The office is immaculate and welcoming. This is an incredible orthodontic office. Dr. Bronsky is an incredible knowledgeable orthodontist, and you will never be disappointed with his care. The atmosphere and the quality of service is unmatched.

Dr. Bronsky is a wonderful and highly skilled and respected orthodontist who treated both my kids. Their teeth look amazing now. I highly recommend their Park Ave.and Tribeca offices. The whole team makes for a great experience every time I go.

I came to Dr. Bronsky to correct a Class III Malocclusion (underbite) which I knew would require both extensive orthodontics and jaw surgery.

Following a detailed evaluation which included factors such as overall health, age (55), and lifestyle,  Dr. Bronsky developed and executed a plan which, in the end,  preserved all of my teeth, restored complete functionality and resulted in an improved overall  appearance. Dr. Bronsky was unfailingly meticulous, skilled, friendly and pedagogical throughout this long and intimidating process.

Also, in direct liaison with the surgical team at Mount Sinai, Dr. Bronsky played a critical role in determining the scope of surgery with the objective of producing the optimal health and esthetic outcome.   As a result, I entered surgery (double jaw) with confidence that we had made the right decision.

Dr. Bronsky is a perfectionist who genuinely cares about his patients. Having observed him in consultations with other patients, I can say that I did not get 'special' treatment but,  rather, the 'Bronsky' treatment.

The transformation of our daughter's teeth has simply been life changing. Dr. Bronsky has been absolutely brilliant in his overall approach to her treatment plan. He made each visit special from start to finish. My husband is a dentist and is very particular about the specialists he works with. He recommended Dr. Bronsky and from the moment my daughter and I met him, we knew we were in the best hands.

We are deeply grateful for the warmth, expert care and professionalism from Dr. Bronsky and his entire office. We appreciated the phased approach starting with the required expansion and subsequent alignment - the beautiful results speak for themselves. My daughter can't stop smiling!

I’ve visited Dr. Bronsky’s practice during my recent visit to NY as an emergency to fix my braces.
I was taken care of by Dr. Raquel, a very nice and friendly doctor. She was calm and reassuring. Dr. Raquel fixed my problem and also changed the elastic bands around all my brackets.
I’ve also met Dr. Bronsky, who was warm and attentive.
The whole experience from start to finish was five star.
I was given a quote on the phone however to my surprise Dr Raquel didn’t charge me for the treatment. I was extremely grateful. Thank you so much to the lovely and kind team of Bronsky practice!
