Bronx Equestrian Center, Inc. reviews
15Great little spot not to far out to take kids, or a special someone, out for anything horse related you could want, at a surprisingly low cost. And it can all be done without an appointment, but it is recommended you make one.
Horrible place to take your kids. The tour guide yelled at me for not underStanding What to do and proceeded to argue with me back and forth. Also on the trail ride she yelled at us to hurry up mutiple instead of showing us what to do.
We really enjoyed visiting the stables and riding the horses. Dusty & Lucia are wonderful representatives. I wish we could have learned more about horse care as we waited for our lessons. Great place to visit with kids
Great escape from the city in the city! The wooded trail is so relaxing. Good steady happy horses & staff. Very well priced.
I have been coming to this place since I was a child. Took my baby (2yrs old) Alberto was super sweet and they treated us so kindly. I will be taking her back. Thank you. Just a quick reminder minimum card charge is $10 but worth it. Usually child rides are $5 cash, I had no problem paying for the $10 so I can see a smile on my baby’s face.thank you to the staff
I usually go here for my 5 yr old daughter to enjoy the pony rides. Today I went for a trail ride which was great. The instructor for my group was Lindsey, who was amazing. She made sure all riders was good and so was the horses on the ride. We seen some deers and had fantastic instructions on how to guide our horses through. Thank you to Lindsey and the rest of the staff and most importantly thank you to the beautiful horses for allowing us to ride them. Can't wait to go back.
The horses looked hungry and they did not get any rest. The individuals working for the establishment are disgusting. Their attitude is as foul as the horse excrement on the ground but worse because is uncalled for. The instructions are not clear and you get talk back from the staff for not understanding their disorganized method of operation. Horrible customer service, people deserve better. Also, they are not following COVID-19 precautions.
People do not get proper instructions, a girl fell off her horse and another one got hurt.
My kids had so much fun riding omg, However i had more fun than them. I was a little saucy and yeah it was lit omg omg i definiitely am going back
Terrible experience!
The lady at the front desk was rude and yelled at my sister. Found RINGWORM on my scalp after using the helmets in the barn. I am so disgusted by the place that I am never going to recommend it to anyone.
Daughter loves it there. They have a summer camp prices for minors. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times.
This stable is friendly and kind i have half hour classes a lot here its a great place for people who wants to ride
My experience there was very bad. I didn't like how they treated/cared for the horses and it really wasn't a good environment for me. The camp was very unorganized and the people aren't the nicest. I really do not like how the horses are treated in tiny stalls and some you could see ribs! Terrible!
My dad took me riding here last year. My coach was really nice to me and she taught me well. Really nice place though but the manager was a bit mean to my dad. She didn’t seem to like her job. Don’t know why.vending machine inside.weird but cool. Recomend to choose somewhere else.
ANIMAL ABUSE! I drove past there today, it was 18 degrees and all the horses were standing outside! Poor horses it's freezing!
Where else can you ride a horse in the middle of the Bronx? As a young teenager, me and my friends frequented these stables. It gave us something different to do on a hot summer day. They have trails and horses suited for all levels of experience. If your looking to get of the beat and do something different - this place is for you.
