Picked up my glasses today and they looked great. Even with my prescription being +9.50. They have affordable glasses and their service is quick. Received my glasses in a week which is way quicker than I expected. Charlene and Gloria were both very helpful with picking my glasses design and assisting me during pick up. Very friendly and clean eye clinic.

I highly recommend this doctor’s office! The staff there were so friendly. My grandma has a lot of anxiety going to the doctors ever since her operation. From the reception desk to the examination room, they made her feel comfortable and feel like family. Thank you guys again!

The staff at Bronx Optical is excellent; they provide all the individual attention and have an excellent eye doctor, help with any questions you may have.

Came in with my son, we both got serviced, the doctor was amazing and Daniel and the other staff were super friendly and professional. We’ve been to other opticals before and the service was so much better. This place was above and beyond totally recommend!

Doctor is amazing! He explains everything so well! Staff is quick and efficient! They have a great selection of Medicaid insurance glasses and great designer frame options. This place is amazing

So I just want to say that I truly appreciate this optical, my daughter is an autistic toddler and they have helped me tremendously. Charlene eapecially is truly a sweetheart and knows her stuff. She answers questions directly and with a smile, she truly makes coming here a very nice experience! I even have moved out of this borough and still come here to service my daughters glasses! Thanks to the team in the front but Charlene is my go to! Hey boss if you are reading this she needs a special gift for the holidays!

I’ve been coming here since it opened and the service is awesome the staff are pleasant friendly and make you feel very comfortable not to mention they have a nice selection of glasses and they are very flexible with payments. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs visual care.

If any BLACK people need glasses and expect respect and professionalism in an establishment, avoid this place at all cost! I was greeted with extremely discriminatory and racist micro aggressive behavior.
If you don’t pass the brown paper bag test with these people, you will not have a pleasant experience. I was glad to have taken my insurance and business elsewhere.
