They have everything you would think you need when making items for a party. They even have things for cake decorating too, and thats hard to find in the Bronx outside Michaels.

This place has most party supplies you need. Customer service is good, they are very friendly. I know I can count on them for last minute supplies. But they are over priced. Also, some chocolate melts that are less popular smells like a cat and taste awful! I ONLY buy their white merkens chocolate, the other colors taste like a cat or color dye. I buy the make and mold chocolate melts in most colors and I haven’t had a problem.

The guys that work there are mean, speak to the leady that works there. They literally have everything you can need for a party. Would go again

Very nice party items to decor your event. I picked out this Black peacock setting for a New Year table. I will illuminate the vase with water color lavender light. The vase is tall and can be purchased there for $5.99!

I had a last minute Birthday party for my Mom. I was overwhelmed with the things I needed to get. I was introduced to this hidden Gem in The Bronx and It was love at first site. The staff was so kind and helpful and their inventory is massive. This is now my favorite place to shop. The vibe there is so different and wayyyyy shorter lines than over priced party city. I have to mention this is an Black Owned Business and I hope they will have nothing but success.

The worst ribbon printing I've ever seen. While waiting for the printer to come up from the basement, a worker asked me if I'm ready to pay for the crappy printed ribbons. I told him I paid in full when the order was placed and was waiting for the printer and my refund.
The C is not the right size and August looks mushed together.

I have been shopping here for years and they are always helpful and friendly. And will even place an order if what you need isn't in stock. Highly recommend

I needed a edible photo made for a retirement cake. I sent the photo numerous times to their email. I get to the store this morning to get the photo made and the so called manager tells me that he couldn’t open the file, then he just walks away. I’m like how rude is that. No help, no suggestions on how he can help me get my photo, nothing. I would never, I mean never ever patronize this establishment ever again. I would rather get in my car and travel to find better customer service. I don’t recommend this business to anyone. Businesses like this just bring the Bronx down.

They have a ton of stuff! I wanted to get cupcake decor for my daughter's 5th birthday but i will say i was disappointed with the cupcake topper and birthday napkin selection nevertheless they have a large variety of party decor sections
